松原市中心医院医疗管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：医院作为社会的基础服务部门,是社会正常有序运行的基本保障之一,而随着人们对自身健康的更高要求以及生活的高节奏带来的身体亚健康,使得医院的流量呈现出流量上高增长状态。计算机网络与Internet在信息化发展的当今社会中扮演着越来越重要的角色,特别是作为核心的数据库技术改变了诸多领域的管理模式,为了适应管理系统现代化的需求,医院作为传统模式的代表着,也需要作出重大的改变。即将来临的深度变革,是管理系统的现代化需要。为了实现管理的科学化、制度化、标准化和规范化,必须使用计算机信息管理的先进手段。为了跟上发展的需要,医院必须采用计算机现代化管理方式。通过对该的医院管理现状进行调研以及对该领域国内外现状的分析,同时对医院的各项数据进行分析,确定了该系统的可行性方案。开发基于C/S的医院管理系统目的是完善松原市中心医院的管理,提高医院的服务效率和服务质量,从而使医院的发展步入快车道。为松原市中心医院供一个方便快捷的管理系统,提升医院的服务管理水平,促进医院的信息化、数字化的进程。本课题所研究的医院管理系统覆盖了医生和病人等主要角色在医院的各个就诊环节,是一个面向松原市的医院管理系统。该系统体现了当前最新计算机技术与医院管理思想以及医院的各个业务部门的结合。目前松原市中心医院的医院管理系统仍为上个世纪末期的系统,早已不能满足当前的管理需求,所以需要一个好的高效的医院管理系统来提高医护人员的效率,从而降低管理人员的劳动强度。当今信息化高速发展,只有通过使用高校计算机管理系统,顺应趋势发展,从而提高医院的竞争力。本系统为了适应该趋势,拥有三点优势:管理方便,价格低廉并且扩展性好。所以本系统可以满足松原市中心医院当前以及今后一段时间的需求,帮助该医院进入信息化的新时代。

Through the investigation of the present situation of hospital management and the analysis of the present situation at home and abroad in this field and the analysis of the data of the hospital, the feasibility scheme of the system is determined. The purpose of developing hospital management system based on C / S is to perfect the management of Songyuan central hospital, improve the service efficiency and quality of hospital, and make the development of hospital enter the fast lane. It provides a convenient and fast management system for Songyuan central hospital, promotes the level of hospital service management, and promotes the process of hospital information and digitization. The hospital management system studied in this paper covers the main roles such as doctors and patients in the hospital. It is a hospital management system facing Songyuan city. The system embodies the combination of the latest computer technology and hospital management thought. At present, the hospital management system of Songyuan central hospital is still the system of the end of the last century, and it has long been unable to meet the current management needs, so it is necessary to have a good and efficient hospital management system to improve the efficiency of medical and nursing personnel. Thus reducing the labor intensity of management staff. Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, only by using computer management system in colleges and universities can we adapt to the trend of development and improve the competitiveness of hospitals. In order to adapt to this trend, the system has three advantages: convenient management, low price and good expansibility. Therefore, the system can meet the needs of Songyuan central hospital at present and in the future, and help the hospital to enter a new era of information.
