秦皇岛港口医院绩效管理研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic system reform, the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's health consciousness is gradually strengthened. Medical service and hospital management are also facing the reform and thinking under the new situation. Under the current situation of fierce market competition, public hospitals should also change the traditional management methods and improve the enthusiasm of employees through scientific and effective performance management. Tap the potential of staff, improve employee performance, and then improve hospital efficiency. Based on the actual situation of Qinhuangdao Port Hospital, this paper summarizes the experiences and shortcomings of the hospital in the past few years, through collecting a large amount of information, special interviews, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of hospital performance management in the present stage through questionnaire investigation, and sets up a new performance management system to improve hospital management by using new concepts, new methods and new technologies in modern performance management. To make hospital performance management more scientific and effective, to ensure the steady development of hospitals in the market economy. In this paper, Qinhuangdao port hospital performance management as the research object, the field investigation of Qinhuangdao port hospital in the implementation of performance management problems, such as performance management organization, performance evaluation, performance pay and other issues. Corresponding to these problems, this paper thinks that we should take systematic and scientific measures and countermeasures. First of all, set up a performance management organization with the participation of senior managers, and redesign a set of performance management program to make performance management on the right track; Secondly, according to the responsibility of each post design different performance evaluation standards, the assessment indicators are classified according to the actual work characteristics, in order to standardize staff work behavior; Finally, to formulate the implementation countermeasures of Qinhuangdao port hospital performance management optimization program, such as establishing a strong hospital, division two-level organization security system; before the implementation of performance management to train the whole staff; to ensure the effectiveness of the collection of performance information; Ensure continuous two-way communication in performance management process. Through the research of this paper, it has a certain reference function for the scientific and standard operation of the public hospital management in our country, and has a strong pertinence guiding function to the Qinhuangdao port hospital performance management.
