【摘要】：正关于"红嘴绿鹦哥"的由来有一段有趣的传说。话说,当年乾隆下江南时,一次在农家用饭。农妇在自家的菜园中挖了些菠菜,给乾隆帝做了个菠菜烧豆腐。乾隆食之颇觉鲜美,很是赞赏。问其菜名,农妇说"金镶白玉版,红嘴绿鹦哥"。乾隆大悦,封农妇为皇姑,从此菠菜又有了"皇姑菜"这一别称。菠菜是舶来品,原产于伊朗,在一千三百多年前唐贞观二年,尼泊尔将菠菜子作为贡品进献。古代阿拉伯人曾把菠菜称为"菜中之王"。菠菜,维生素的宝库"菠菜豆腐虽贱,山珍海味不换",这是我国
