【摘要】:农村饮用水安全是反映农村社会经济发展和居民生活质量的重要指标,是影响居民健康水平的重要标志。饮用水中的氯代酚含量虽微,但其对环境的危害和人类健康的影响不可忽视。我国《生活饮用水检验规范》规定酚类为饮用水必查项目,应小于0.002mg/L。 本文主要研究了农村生活饮用水中氯代酚的分析测定方法,用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定农村生活饮用水中2-氯酚(2-CP)、2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)、2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)和五氯酚(PCP)。以测定民乐县不同地点生活饮用水中的氯代酚为基础,分别对四种氯代酚的理化性质及危害进行介绍,,对其分析检测方法进行综述,并概述了液体样品的几种预处理技术。在对固相萃取条件、色谱条件进行优化的基础上建立了测定四种氯代酚的固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析方法。结果表明,在色谱柱为Hypersil ODS(4.6mmi.d.×250mm,5μm)、检测器为紫外检测器、流动相为含1%乙酸的甲醇溶液:含1%乙酸的超纯水、流速为1.0mL/min、进样量为20μL的最佳色谱条件下,HPLC可以完全分离四种氯代酚。四种氯代酚的检出限分别为2-氯酚:0.00006mg/L;2,4-二氯酚:0.00010mg/L;2,4,6-三氯酚:0.00007mg/L;五氯酚:0.00002mg/L。加标回收率在86.37%~98.35%之间,峰面积的相对标准偏差在2.13%~6.44%之间。试验证明此方法具有操作简便、干扰小、分析成本低的特点,能满足农村生活饮用水中痕量氯代酚的检测要求。对于研究氯代酚对农村生活饮用水环境质量的影响具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Drinking water safety in rural areas is an important indicator to reflect the social and economic development of rural areas and the quality of life of residents. It is an important indicator of affecting the health level of residents. The content of chlorophenols in drinking water is small. However, its harm to the environment and human health can not be ignored. Our country's "domestic drinking Water Inspection Standard" stipulates that phenols must be checked for drinking water, and should be less than 0.002 mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The analytical method of chlorophenol in rural drinking water was studied in this paper. The solid phase extraction (SPE)-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine 2-chlorophenol 2-CPN 2 in rural drinking water. The determination of chlorophenol in drinking water in Minle County is based on the determination of chlorophenol in drinking water in different locations of Minle County by using 4-dichlorophenol (4-DCPP) and 4-dichlorophenol (4-dichlorophenol) and pentachlorophenol (PCP) and pentachlorophenol (PCP). The physical and chemical properties and hazards of four chlorophenols were introduced, and the analytical methods were reviewed. Several pretreatment techniques for liquid samples were also summarized. Based on the optimization of chromatographic conditions, a solid phase extraction (SPE)-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of four chlorophenols was established. The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS4.6mmi.d. 脳 250mm-1 5 渭 m, and the detector was UV detector. The mobile phase was methanol solution containing 1% acetic acid: ultra pure water containing 1% acetic acid, the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, and the sample amount was 20 渭 L under the optimum chromatographic conditions. Four chlorophenols can be completely separated by HPLC. The detection limit of these four chlorophenols is 2 chlorophenol: 0.00006 mg / L; 24-dichlorophenol: 0.00010 mg / L; 24-trichlorophenol: 0.00007mg / L; The recoveries of pentachlorophenol: 0.00002 mg / L were in the range of 86.37% or 98.35%. The relative standard deviation of peak area is between 2.13% and 6.44%. The experiment shows that this method is simple, easy to operate, less interference and low analysis cost. It can meet the requirements of determination of trace chlorophenol in rural drinking water, and has certain practical significance for studying the influence of chlorophenol on the environmental quality of rural drinking water.
