蛹虫草子实体中类胡萝卜素的提取及抗氧化活性

【摘要】:在比较蛹虫草子实体类胡萝卜素的溶剂提取法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、酸热提取法的基础上,对蛹虫草子实体中类胡萝卜素的提取工艺进行了优化,并分析了类胡萝卜素的体外抗氧化活性。实验结果表明:酸热提取法是几种常见提取方法中类胡萝卜素提取得率最高的一种方法;酸热法最优提取工艺为:盐酸浓度为1 mol/L,盐酸用量为20 m L/g,酸浸时间为30 min,热处理时间为5 min,蛹虫草中类胡萝卜素的得率达到1387μg/g。抗氧化实验结果显示:蛹虫草子实体中类胡萝卜素具有较好的体外抗氧化活性,在0~10 mg/m L的浓度范围内抗氧化能力随着类胡萝卜素浓度的提高而增加。4 mg/m L类胡萝卜素的DPPH自由基清除率达到96.57%,类胡萝卜素对铁离子螯合能力的EC50值为3.26 mg/m L,且还显示出了较好的还原能力。
[Abstract]:On the basis of comparing the solvent extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, microwave assisted extraction and acid heat extraction of carotenoid from Cordyceps militaris fruiting body, the extraction process of carotenoid from fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris was optimized. The antioxidant activity of carotenoid in vitro was analyzed. The results showed that the acid heat extraction method was the most effective method for extracting carotenoid. The optimum extraction process by acid-heat method was as follows: concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1 mol / L, dosage of hydrochloric acid was 20 mL / g, acid leaching time was 30 min, heat treatment time was 5 min, and the yield of carotenoid from Cordyceps militaris was 1387 渭 g / g. The results of antioxidant experiment showed that: Cordyceps militaris L. Carotenoids have good antioxidant activity in vitro. In the range of 0 ~ 10 mg/m / L, the antioxidant activity increased with the increase of carotenoid concentration. The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of carotenoid reached 96.57. The EC50 value of carotenoid chelating ability to iron ion was 3.26 mg/m / L. It also shows good reduction ability.
