工作场所微波辐射测量仪器实验室间比对研究

【摘要】:目的探讨以手机信号屏蔽器为标准源进行微波辐射实验室间比对的可行性,建立微波辐射实验室间比对方法。方法采用典型抽样方法,以广东省21家职业卫生技术服务机构的21台微波辐射测量仪器为研究对象。以某手机信号屏蔽器为标准源,对其进行稳定性检验。在距离标准源1.0和1.5 m的测量点进行比对测量,采用基于四分位数稳健统计技术的z比分数对测量结果进行评价。结果标准源稳定性检验中,3个时间段测得的功率密度比较,差异无统计学意义[(26.10±0.94)vs(25.78±0.27)vs(25.83±0.47)μW/cm~2,P0.05],标准源可满足实验室间比对的稳定性要求。21台仪器中,1台仪器未送检,1台仪器校准证书过期,1台仪器校准结果不合格。21台仪器实验室间z比分数(z_B)为-1.27~4.85,实验室内z比分数(z_W)为-1.42~2.18,其中1台仪器|z_B|3.00,为离群结果,|z_W|2.00,为有问题结果。综合评定结果,仅有1台参比仪器比对结果不合格。结论以手机信号屏蔽器为标准源的稳定性较好,可用于微波辐射实验室间比对;所建立的微波辐射实验室间比对方法可较好地评价测量仪器的性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of microwave radiation laboratory comparison using mobile phone signal shield as standard source, and to establish a method of microwave radiation laboratory comparison. Taking 21 microwave radiation measuring instruments of 21 occupational health technical service organizations in Guangdong Province as the research object, taking a mobile phone signal shield as the standard source, The stability test was carried out. At the measuring points of 1.0 m and 1.5 m from the standard source, the relative measurements were carried out. The z ratio fraction based on the quadrant robust statistical technique was used to evaluate the measured results. The power density measured in three time periods was compared in the stability test of the standard source. The difference was not statistically significant [26.10 卤0.94mv / v ~ (-1) 25.78 卤0.27v / s ~ (25.83 卤0.47) 渭 W / cm ~ (2) P _ (0.05)]. The standard source could satisfy the stability requirement of the laboratory comparison. Among 21 instruments, one instrument had not been submitted for inspection, one instrument calibration certificate had expired, and one instrument calibration result was not up to date. 21 instrument to laboratory calibration results were not up to standard. In the laboratory, the number of z / z / z / W is -1.42 / 2.18, and one instrument, ZB / 3.00, is the outlier result and the zW _ 2.00 / ZW _ 2.00, which is the result of the comprehensive evaluation. Only one reference instrument is not qualified. Conclusion the stability of mobile phone signal shield is good, and it can be used to compare microwave radiation between laboratories. The method of comparing microwave radiation between laboratories can evaluate the performance of measuring instruments.
