儿童接种不同效价冻干麻疹减毒活疫苗的免疫效果研究

【摘要】：[目的]采用不同滴度效价的冻干麻疹疫苗，对初免儿童接种,为消除控制麻疹提供依据。[方法]选择未接种过麻疹疫苗，未患过麻疹的健康儿童进行麻疹疫苗接种,并对其接种后的一般临床反应进行详细观察，同时对免前、免后血清抗体水平检测。[结果]接种麻疹疫苗的婴儿一般临床反应轻微，发热率为5.7%；皮疹发生率为4.3%；局部反应为2.8%。采用ELISA方法检测IgG血清抗体，A组的血清抗体阳转率为95.23%，，免疫成功率为86%；GMT值为1364.22。B组的血清抗体阳转率达到了97.11%，免疫成功率86.13%；GMT值为1275.74。C组的血清抗体阳转率达到了96.84%，免疫成功率达到了85.65%；GMT值为1335.34。D组的血清抗体阳转率达到了82.53%，免疫成功率达到了72.39%；GMT值为1058.83。四组婴儿接种后血清抗体阳转率、免疫成功率以及GMT值组间差异性均无统计学意义（P0.01）。[结论]婴儿接种麻疹疫苗后，只要达到药典规定的滴度要求，就能获得良好的免疫应答效果。
[Abstract]:[objective] to use freeze-dried measles vaccine with different titer to vaccinate children with primary immunization, and to provide basis for eliminating and controlling measles. [methods] the healthy children who have not been vaccinated against measles and healthy children who have not suffered from measles have been vaccinated against measles. At the same time, the serum antibody level before and after immunization was detected. [results] the general clinical reaction of infants inoculated with measles vaccine was slight. The fever rate was 5. 7%; the incidence of rash was 4. 3; the local reaction was 2. 8. The serum antibody positive conversion rate of group A was 95.2323 by ELISA method, and the successful rate of immunization was 1 364.22.B group. The antibody positive conversion rate of group B was 97.11 and the success rate of immunity was 97. 11%. The GMT value of 1275.74.C group reached 96.84, the successful rate of immunization reached 82.53 in group 1335.34.D, and the GMT value of 72.39m was 1058.83.The positive conversion rate of serum antibody in four groups after inoculation. There was no significant difference in immunological success rate and GMT value between groups. [conclusion] after the infants were vaccinated with measles vaccine, if they met the requirements of the pharmacopoeia, a good immune response could be obtained.
