胎粪中有机污染物及其疾病关联研究进展

【摘要】:作为易感人群,胎儿和孕妇对环境污染物的暴露情况和暴露风险问题持续受到人们的关注。胎粪是一种采集无创性、具有积累效应的生物监测材料,它在研究和认识环境有机污染物母婴传播、胎儿在宫内累积暴露及其疾病关联等方面具有重要意义。该文在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,对胎粪中农药、多氯联苯、多溴联苯醚、邻苯二甲酸酯和新兴污染物等的含量、人体暴露水平及其疾病关联方面进行了综述,并对今后我国在胎粪中污染物检测及其健康风险等研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:As a susceptible population, the exposure of fetuses and pregnant women to environmental pollutants and exposure risks have been continuously concerned. Meconium is a non-invasive collection of biological monitoring materials with cumulative effect. It plays an important role in the study and understanding of the transmission of environmental organic pollutants from mother to child, the cumulative exposure of fetuses in the uterus and the association of diseases, etc. In this paper, the pesticide in meconium, PCBs, and PCBs in meconium were summarized on the basis of the relevant studies at home and abroad. The contents of polybrominated diphenyl ethers, phthalates and emerging pollutants, human exposure levels and their disease association are reviewed. The future studies on the detection of pollutants in meconium and their health risks in China are prospected.
