2015年甘肃省裕固族中小学生生长发育调查分析

【摘要】：目的通过调查2015年甘肃省裕固族中小学生的生长发育情况,探讨该目标人群生长发育的动态,为提高裕固族中小学生身体健康水平提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对甘肃省肃南裕固族自治县第二中学223名9~17岁的裕固族中小学生身高、体重及其他相关身体发育指标进行测量分析。结果 2015年裕固族中小学生,12~、13~、14~、15~岁组男女生身高均显著低于2014年全国平均水平;12~岁以上组男生体重均低于2014年全国平均水平,12~岁以上组(17~岁组除外)女生体重均低于2014年全国平均水平,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。男生中重度消瘦、轻度消瘦、超重和肥胖所占比例分别为0.81%、9.68%、10.48%和0.81%;女生分别为5.05%、1.01%,8.08%和1.01%。男女生的营养状况比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。男女生营养不良发生率分别为10.4%和6.0%;超重/肥胖所占比例分别为11.3%和10.%。男女生的营养不良发生率和超重/肥胖比例比较差异均无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论裕固族中小学生生长发育状况与全国2014年的平均水平比较有所差异,营养不良、超重/肥胖学生占有一定比例,加强营养及健康教育十分必要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the growth and development of Yugur primary and middle school students in Gansu province in 2015, and to explore the dynamics of the growth and development of the target population, so as to provide the basis for improving the health level of Yugur primary and middle school students. The height of 223 students of the second Middle School of Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Gansu Province, who are 9 or 17 years old, is the height of the Yugur primary and middle school students. Results in 2015, the height of male and female students in Yugur primary and middle school students was significantly lower than that of 2014, the average level of male students aged 12 ~ above was lower than that of 2014, and the height of male and female students aged 15 to 15 was significantly lower than that of Chinese average in 2014. The average body weight of girls was lower than the national average in 2014. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The proportions of overweight and obesity were 0.81% and 0.81%, 5.051.01% and 1.01%, respectively. There was no significant difference in nutritional status between boys and girls (P 0.05). The incidence of malnutrition was 10.4% and 6.0 in male and female, respectively. There was no significant difference in malnutrition rate and overweight / obesity ratio between male and female students in 11.3% and 10.0.Conclusion the growth and development status of Yugur primary and middle school students is different from the average level in 2014. Malnutrition, overweight / obesity students account for a certain proportion, it is necessary to strengthen nutrition and health education.
