西安市2015年实施营养改善计划学校食堂食物供应情况

【摘要】：目的了解西安市"义务教育学生营养改善计划"(以下简称"营养改善计划")学校食堂的食物供应情况,为学生营养监测及"营养改善计划"的实施提供参考。方法抽取西安市实施"营养改善计划"区县中6个农村区县,每个区县抽取10%~20%食堂供餐的学校,采用记账法对2015年学校食堂的食物供应情况进行调查。结果共调查58所学校,将学校上报的各种食物分为粮谷类、畜禽肉、蔬菜、鸡蛋、豆制品、植物油六大类。各学校上报的食物种数8~41种不等。粮谷类、鸡蛋、豆制品供应量偏低的学校比例分别为47.6%,74.1%,74.1%。试点地区农村学校6类食物供应量分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=251.746,P0.05)。不同季节6类食物供应情况分布差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。结论西安市"营养改善计划"学校食堂食物供应情况的调查需进一步完善。食堂供餐的学校学生膳食结构不合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the food supply of the school canteen in Xi'an compulsory Education students' Nutrition improvement Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Nutrition improvement Program"). Methods six rural counties of Xi'an city were selected to carry out nutrition improvement plan, and 10% or 20% of the schools served in canteens were selected from each district. The food supply of school canteen in 2015 was investigated by accounting method. Results 58 schools were investigated. The food reported by the school was divided into cereals, livestock, poultry, vegetables, eggs, bean products, etc. Six categories of vegetable oil. Each school reported 841 kinds of food species. Grain, eggs, The proportion of schools with low supply of soybean products was 47.6% and 74.1%, respectively. There were significant differences in the distribution of six kinds of food supply in rural schools in the pilot area (蠂 ~ (2 / 2)) 251.746 (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of food supply in 6 kinds of food in different seasons (P = 0.05). Conclusion the investigation of food supply in school canteen in Xi'an "Nutrition improvement Plan" needs to be further improved, and the food structure of school students in canteen is unreasonable.
