【摘要】:手部卫生控制是防止在生产过程中产生交叉污染的有效途径之一,是化妆品生产车间卫生控制的重要组成部分。为了探讨适用于化妆品生产过程的手部卫生控制途径进行了一系列的测试,系列测试内容如下: 首先,对试验室使用的液体培养基TAT肉汤进行中和剂有效性测试。测试结果表明,试验室使用的液体培养基TAT肉汤能够有效中和用于进行定性悬浮测试的各种清洗剂和消毒剂。 手部卫生监控:对待选的带有消毒剂成分的手部清洗剂:TORK Liquid soap(extrahygiene HD)S1system以及TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system进行定性悬浮测试, TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system能够通过试验显现出对特征菌在设定时间内的有效杀灭.定期抽取30人次使用TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system进行手部卫生监控.全年的卫生监控发现操作人员清洗后手部卫生状况能够符合化妆品生产车间卫生规范,达到好氧菌菌落总数不超过300cfu/手,未发现致病菌。清洗前后检出的菌落数对数值呈大于1.00的下降,根据消毒技术规范,可判定为消毒有效。对分离得到的微生物使用TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system进行定性悬浮试验,,试验结果表明TORK hand sanitizer (alcohol gel) S1system能够有效杀灭分离得到的微生物。 手部消毒效果监控:75%乙醇溶液作为消毒剂的定性悬浮测试,75%乙醇溶液能够在试验时间内有效的杀灭特征菌。使用75%乙醇溶液作为消毒剂进行现场手部卫生监控。测试结果表明生产车间操作人员手部卫生状况能够符合化妆品生产车间卫生规范,达到好氧菌菌落总数不超过300cfu/只手,对检出的微生物分离鉴定,未发现致病菌。消毒前后检出的菌落数对数值呈大于1.00的下降,根据消毒技术规范,可判定为消毒有效。对分离得到的微生物使用75%乙醇溶液作为消毒剂进行定性悬浮试验,试验结果表明75%乙醇溶液能够有效杀灭分离得到的微生物。
[Abstract]:Hand hygiene control is one of the effective ways to prevent cross contamination during production. It is an important part of sanitary control in cosmetics production workshop. In order to explore the hand hygiene control methods suitable for cosmetics production, a series of tests were carried out, the contents of which were as follows:. First, the effectiveness of neutralizer was tested on the liquid medium TAT broth used in the laboratory. The liquid medium TAT broth used in the laboratory can effectively neutralize various cleaning agents and disinfectants used for qualitative suspension testing. Hand hygiene monitoring: qualitative suspension tests were performed on selected hand cleaning agents: word Liquid soap(extrahygiene HD)S1system and TORK hand sanitizer alcohol (S1system). TORK hand sanitizer alcohol (S1system) was tested to show that characteristic bacteria were tested at set time. Regular sampling of 30 people using TORK hand sanitizer alcohol gelatin S1 system to carry out hand hygiene monitoring. The year's health monitoring found that the hand hygiene condition of the operator after cleaning can conform to the hygienic standard of cosmetics production workshop. The total number of aerobic bacteria was not more than 300cfu. no pathogenic bacteria were found. The logarithm of the detected colonies before and after cleaning decreased by more than 1.00. According to the technical specification of disinfection, TORK hand sanitizer alcohol (S1system) was used for qualitative suspension test. The results showed that TORK hand sanitizer gelation S1system could effectively kill the isolated microbes. The qualitative suspension Test of 75% ethanol solution as a disinfectant the 75% ethanol solution can effectively kill the characteristic bacteria during the test time. Use 75% ethanol solution as disinfectant to monitor hand hygiene on the spot. The test results show that the hand hygiene condition of the operators in the workshop can conform to the hygienic specifications of the cosmetic workshop, The total number of aerobic bacteria was not more than 300cfu.No pathogenic bacteria were found in the isolation and identification of the detected microbes. The logarithmic values of the colonies detected before and after disinfection decreased by more than 1.00. According to the technical specifications of disinfection, 75% ethanol solution was used as a disinfectant for qualitative suspension test. The results showed that 75% ethanol solution could effectively kill the isolated microorganisms.
