贵州乡村多民族7～18岁学生BMI分析

【摘要】：目的掌握汉族与苗、侗和布依族中小学生身体健康情况,为监测民族地区学生体质、实施体育卫生干预提供参考。方法采用分层整体抽样对黔东南、黔南、黔西南、黔北和黔西的乡村汉族学生和苗族、侗族和布依族学生体质与健康调研数据进行整理,筛选出4个民族学生身高和体重,并计算出相应的BMI均值,然后对3个少数民族的BMI进行单因素方差分析。结果贵州乡村汉族学生与苗族、侗族、布依族学生之间的比较结果显示,苗族、侗族、布依族男生9~16岁年龄组与乡村汉族学生BMI差异有统计学意义,其中,乡村汉族男生BMI值大于其他3个民族,差异有统计学意义;各民族的女生之间只有少数年龄组差异有统计学意义;女生除16~18岁年龄组差异无统计学意义外,其他年龄组差异有统计学意义。结论民族之间BMI分布存在差异和不均衡状态,对贵州中小学生身体健康问题的关注任重道远。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the Han and Miao students, health Dong, Buyi, for students physique monitoring in ethnic minority areas, the implementation of physical health intervention and provide reference. Methods using stratified cluster sampling in Qiandongnan, Qiannan, Guizhou, Guizhou north and Qianxi rural students of Han nationality and Miao, Dong and Buyi students' Constitution and health survey data finishing, and selected 4 minority students height and weight, and calculate the corresponding average BMI, single factor analysis of variance and then the 3 minorities in BMI. The results of Guizhou rural students of Han nationality and Miao nationality, Dong nationality, comparison between Buyi students, Miao, Dong, Buyi had statistical significance. The boys of 9~16 age group and rural Han students BMI difference among rural Han boys BMI greater than the other 3 ethnic groups, there were statistically significant differences between different ethnic groups; only a few of the girls age The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference among girls except 16~18 years old age group. The difference between other age groups was statistically significant. Conclusion there is difference and imbalance between BMI distribution among ethnic groups. There is a long way to go to pay attention to the health problems of primary and middle school students in Guizhou.
