2010—2013年广州市食源性疾病监测副溶血性弧菌的病原学特征

【摘要】:目的了解2010—2013年广州市食源性疾病监测副溶血性弧菌分离株的血清型别、抗菌药物耐药性、毒力基因携带情况以及分子分型特征。方法对广州市2010—2013年食源性疾病监测中分离到的108株副溶血性弧菌进行血清分型、药敏试验以及耐热直接溶血毒素基因(tdh)、耐热相关溶血毒素基因(trh)的PCR检测,并进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型。结果 2010—2013年广州市副溶血性弧菌的主要血清型为O3:K6(51株,47.2%)、O1:KUT(32株,29.6%)。药敏检测结果显示,分离株对氨苄西林(90.7%)和头孢吡肟(28.8%)耐药率较高,而对复方新诺明、氯霉素则100.0%敏感。多重耐药分析显示,2010—2013年分别有53.6%(15/28)、20.6%(7/34)、18.8%(3/16)、33.3%(10/30)的分离株同时耐受≥3种抗菌药物。毒力基因PCR检测显示,95.4%(103/108)的分离株为tdh+trh-,4.6%(5/108)的分离株为tdh-trh+。PFGE显示,108株副溶血性弧菌经NotⅠ酶切后的PFGE图谱可分为3个聚类,55个PFGE型别,相似值为60.2%~100%。优势血清型O3:K6和O1:KUT主要集中于聚类Ⅱ,O4:K8血清型主要集中于聚类Ⅲ。结论 2010—2013年广州市食源性疾病监测副溶血性弧菌优势血清型为O3:K6和O1:KUT型,菌株对多数抗菌药物仍然比较敏感,但存在多重耐药现象,多数菌株携带tdh基因,PFGE结果提示广州市食源性监测副溶血性弧菌存在遗传多样性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serotype and antimicrobial resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from foodborne diseases surveillance in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013. Methods 108 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food borne disease surveillance in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013 were genotyped in serum. Drug sensitivity test and PCR detection of heat resistant direct hemolytic toxin gene (TDH) and heat-related hemolytic toxin gene (Th). Results the main serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Guangzhou from 2010 to 2013 were: O3: K651 strain (O3: K651) and 32 strains of O1: KUTU. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the drug resistance of the isolated strains to ampicillin (90.7) and cefepime (28.8) was higher. And in the case of compound sulfamethoxine, Chloramphenicol was sensitive to 100.0%. Multidrug resistance analysis showed that 53.6% of the isolates from 2010 to 2013 had a tolerance of more than 3 antimicrobial agents at the same time.
