便携式气相色谱-质谱法检测工作场所空气中双氯甲醚

【摘要】:目的建立便携式气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的方法。方法工作场所空气中双氯甲醚样品以便携式GS-MS仪手持探头直接采集和检测。样品经SPB-1色谱柱分离,质谱检测器检测,以保留时间和特征离子定性,选择离子峰面积定量。结果方法线性范围为1.32~66.00μg/m~3,相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.66μg/m~3,定量下限为1.32μg/m~3,加标回收率为96.97%~112.12%,批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.12%~9.46%,不同批次样品的RSD为12.31%~19.05%。结论本研究建立的测定工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的便携式GC-MS法准确度较高,适用于工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的快速定性和定量检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air. Methods the samples of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air were collected and detected directly by portable GS-MS probe. The samples were separated by SPB-1 column. Mass spectrometry detector, qualitative analysis with retention time and characteristic ions, Results the linear range of the method was 1.32 ~ 66.00 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the correlation coefficient was 0.999, the detection limit was 0.66 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the lower limit of quantification was 1.32 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the recovery was 96.97 渭 g / m ~ (-3), the RSD was 6.12 ~ 9.46, and the RSD of different batches was 12.31 ~ 19.05. The established portable GC-MS method for the determination of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air has high accuracy. Suitable for rapid qualitative and quantitative detection of dichloromethyl ether in workplace air.
