【摘要】：目的：探讨影响高危儿早期干预依从性的相关因素,并对非依从原因进行归纳和总结,为制定高危儿早期干预管理的相关策略提供科学依据。对象与方法： 1.对象：2011年9月至2012年12月,对杭州市某三级甲等综合性医院儿童保健科实施早期干预的330例患儿的家长进行依从性调查。 2.方法：经专家咨询,自行设计高危儿早期干预依从性调查问卷,并由本人对患儿家长进行问卷调查,调查内容包括小儿基本情况、家庭基本情况、按医嘱在家中对孩子定时定量进行干预的实施情况。 3.结果：共发放问卷330份,回收292份,最终收集的有效问卷为264份,有效率达90.4%。统计分析显示：1.单因素x2分析表明影响高危儿早期干预依从性P0.05的变量共有10个,分别是患儿母亲学历,患儿父亲学历,家庭年收入患儿母亲职业,患儿父亲职业,高危因素病种分布,家庭支持程度,车程时间.收费满意度,医生满意度。2.经二分类Logistic回归分析,得出P0.05影响高危儿早期干预依从性的相关因素有高危儿家庭对早期干预的支持程度、高危儿自身的高危因素病种分布、高危儿家庭距离医院的车程距离、高危儿父母学历和高危儿的家庭收入。结论：影响高危儿早期干预依从性相关因素有：1.高危儿的高危因素；2.家长对早期干预认识和重视的程度；3.父母亲文化程度、家庭经济情况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the related factors affecting the early intervention compliance of high-risk infants, and summarize the reasons of non-compliance so as to provide scientific basis for formulating the relevant strategies for early intervention management of high-risk infants. Objects and methods:. Participants: from September 2011 to December 2012, the parents of 330 children with early intervention by the Children's Health Department of Grade 3A General Hospital in Hangzhou were investigated for their compliance. 2. Methods: after the expert consultation, we designed the questionnaire of early intervention compliance of high risk children, and investigated the parents of the children by myself. The contents of the survey included the basic situation of children and the basic situation of family. The implementation of regular and quantitative interventions at home as directed by doctors. 3. Results: a total of 330 questionnaires were sent out, 292 were recovered, 264 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective rate was 90.40.The statistical analysis showed that: 1. The single factor x2 analysis showed that there were 10 variables that affected the compliance of early intervention in high-risk infants (P0.05). They were the education of the mother, the education of the father, the occupation of the mother, the occupation of the father, the distribution of high risk factors, the degree of family support, the time of driving, the satisfaction of charge. By the two-classification Logistic regression analysis, it was concluded that P05 related factors influencing the compliance of early intervention of high-risk infants were the degree of support to early intervention by families of high-risk children, and the distribution of high-risk factors of high-risk infants themselves. High-risk family distance from the hospital, high-risk children parents education and high-risk children's family income. Conclusion: the factors related to early intervention compliance of high risk children are: 1.
