【摘要】:目的了解漯河市畜产品中铅、镉、总汞的污染状况,为食品安全风险评估提供依据。方法采集漯河市肉、肝肾、蛋、乳4类畜产品共102份样品,对重金属铅、镉、总汞进行检测。结果 4年中监测的102份样品中重金属污染物铅、镉、总汞的总体检出率为61.8%,总体超标率为1.6%,连续4年总体检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.88,P0.05),总体超标率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.44,P0.05)。铅、镉、总汞3种重金属污染物中以铅的超标率和检出率为最高,分别达到了48.0%和3.9%,铅、镉、总汞的检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=11.59,P0.05),超标率差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.21,P0.05)。不同种类畜产品中肝肾类食品污染物检出率为最高,达到了100.0%,超标率最高的为肉类食品,超标率为2.9%,检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=9.22,P0.05),超标率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.90,P0.05)。监测的部分肉类食品出现铅、镉2种污染物联合超标现象。结论漯河市畜产品总体质量是好的,但部分畜产品存在一定的安全隐患,建议监管部门强化监管,确保畜产品质量安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the Luohe city animal products of lead, cadmium, mercury pollution, and provide the basis for the food safety risk assessment method. Collected in Luohe meat, liver, egg, milk 4 kinds of animal products a total of 102 samples of heavy metals, lead, cadmium, mercury was detected. The result of 4 years of heavy metal pollutants in 102 sample monitoring of lead, cadmium, mercury total detection rate was 61.8%, the overall exceed the standard rate of 1.6%, for 4 consecutive years, the total detection rate difference was statistically significant (2=6.88, P0.05), generally exceed the standard rate difference was statistically significant (2=9.44, P0.05). The lead, cadmium, mercury 3 the heavy metal pollutants to exceed the standard rate of lead and the detection rate was the highest, reached 48% and 3.9%, lead, cadmium, mercury detection rate no significant difference (2=11.59, P0.05), exceed the standard rate of the difference was not statistically significant (2=5.21, P0.05). The liver and kidney type food contaminants of different types of livestock products detected the rate is the highest, up to To 100%, the highest rate for meat products exceed the standard, exceed the standard rate of 2.9%, the detection rate of the difference was not statistically significant (2=9.22, P0.05), exceed the standard rate of the difference was not statistically significant (2=1.90, P0.05). Some meat food monitoring lead, cadmium combined with 2 kinds of pollutants exceed the standard phenomenon. Conclusion the overall quality of Luohe livestock products are good, but some animal products there are some security risks, supervision departments to strengthen supervision, to ensure the quality and safety of animal products.
