不同职业环境对人体代谢特征的影响

【摘要】:目的研究运动员、体力劳动者和科研人员3类人群的代谢差异,对不同职业人群实施个性化的健康指导。方法随机招募运动员(n=16)、体力劳动者(n=28)及科研人员(n=11)志愿者共55人,分别收集3组志愿者晨尿。运用一维核磁共振技术(nuclear magnetic resonance,1H-NMR)检测尿液中的代谢产物,再通过模式识别的算法筛选尿液中代谢标志物,根据尿液代谢标志物研究3类人群的代谢表型。结果 3组志愿者之间存在着明显的代谢差异,差异显著(P0.05)的代谢标志物有22个。结论本研究反映了3类人群肠道菌群活性、肌肉代谢和认知功能等之间的差异,为人群健康状态综合评价提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the metabolic differences among athletes, manual workers and researchers, and to provide individualized health guidance to different occupational groups. Morning urine samples were collected from 3 groups of volunteers. The metabolites in urine were detected by 1H-NMRs and the metabolic markers in urine were screened by pattern recognition algorithm. The metabolic phenotypes of the three groups were studied according to the urine metabolic markers. Results there were significant metabolic differences among the three groups (P 0.05). Conclusion this study reflects the intestinal microflora activity of the three groups. The differences between muscle metabolism and cognitive function provide a new idea for comprehensive evaluation of population health status.
