水源水中16种稀土元素ICP-MS测定

【摘要】:目的建立水源水中16种稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测方法。方法观察酸度对响应值的影响,用混合调谐液优化仪器工作条件,选用铟作为内标元素校正基体干扰和漂移,确立水源水中的稀土元素ICP-MS检测方法 ,并采集水样,测定其中的16种稀土元素含量。结果在优化实验条件下,16种稀土元素的质量浓度在0.0~100.0μg/L范围内,方法的回归方程线性关系良好,标准曲线相关系数(r)0.999 7;方法检出限为0.004~0.048μg/L;添加高、中、低3个水平的稀土元素标准溶液测定方法的回收率,结果显示,平均回收率为90.0%~110.0%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~4.8%。10份水样中全部检出钪(Sc),含量为1.48~4.33μg/L,5份水样中检出钇(Y),含量为0.026~0.071μg/L,6份水样中检出铕(Eu),含量为0.012~0.042μg/L。结论 ICPM S方法灵敏度高、准确度好、检出限低、线性范围宽,适用于水源水中稀土元素的测定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for the detection of 16 rare earth elements in source water. Using indium as the internal standard element to correct the matrix interference and drift, the ICP-MS detection method of rare earth elements in source water was established, and the water samples were collected. Results the regression equation of the method was linear in the range of 0.0100.0 渭 g / L, the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 7, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 ~ 0.048 渭 g / L, and the addition was high, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 ~ 0. 048 渭 g 路L ~ (-1), the concentration of the method was 0.048 渭 g / L, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 7, the detection limit of the method was 0.004 渭 g / L.
