2010-2014年卢龙地区5岁以下婴幼儿腹泻肠道腺病毒流行特征分析

【摘要】：目的研究卢龙地区婴幼儿腹泻病例肠道腺病毒流行病学特点。方法收集2010-2014年卢龙县儿童医院及妇幼保健院5岁以下住院患儿腹泻标本,采用PCR法检测肠道腺病毒。结果 1 880份腹泻标本检测出肠道腺病毒阳性标本119份,总阳性检出率为6.33%;男女患儿检出率分别为7.29%和4.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.59,P0.05);36月龄患儿占总阳性数的97.48%,患儿中位年龄为16月龄(11~24月龄),各年龄组间检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.99,P0.05);2010-2014年累计检出肠道腺病毒阳性标本不同月份间累计年均检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.63,P0.05),但肠道腺病毒感染仅在2010年10月~次年4月呈现一个明显的寒冷季节高发的流行趋势,从2012年开始无明显季节差异。结论肠道腺病毒是卢龙地区婴幼儿腹泻的重要病原,男患儿阳性检出率高于女患儿,可能与男童暴露和感染机会更多有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the epidemiological characteristics of intestinal adenovirus in infants with diarrhea in Lulong area.Methods the diarrhea samples of children under 5 years old in Lulong Children's Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2010 to 2014 were collected and detected by PCR method.Results 119 positive specimens of adenovirus were detected in 1 880 diarrhea specimens.The total positive rate was 6.33 and the positive rate was 7.29% and 4.81 in male and female, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 4.59%, P 0.05 / 36 months old accounted for 97.48% of the total positive rate, and the median age was 1124 months old / 16 months old). There was no significant difference in detection rate among different age groups.The cumulative positive rate of intestinal adenovirus was significantly different in different months from 2010 to 2014 (蠂 2 + 53.63%, P 0.05%). However, the prevalence of intestinal adenovirus infection was only high in cold season from October 2010 to April of the following year.There has been no significant seasonal variation since 2012.Conclusion intestinal adenovirus is an important pathogen of infantile diarrhea in Lulong area. The positive rate of intestinal adenovirus in male children is higher than that in female children, which may be related to the exposure of boys and the chance of infection.
