【摘要】：正为进一步提高期刊学术质量,缩短文稿出版周期,本刊对部分稿件实行数字优先出版(等同纸质出版),自数字出版之日起,在中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库中可全文检索和下载优先出版稿件。为适应我国信息化建设需要,本刊已加入《中国学术期刊(光盘版)》、中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)和《万方数据—数字化期刊群元数据》等,其著作权使用费与本刊稿费一次性给付。本刊录用的稿件,其复制权、发行权、汇编权、信
