电磁场靶向干扰对雄鼠生殖系统毒性的实验研究

【摘要】:极低频电磁场的生物效应是生物物理学界研究的重点,近年来,在生物医学工程领域,科研人员采用极低频电磁辐照场,对啮齿类动物造成毒性干扰获得了大量实验成果。采用极低频电磁场(ELF-EMF)干扰,对啮齿类动物的生殖系统造成毒性影响的效果已经引起人们的普遍关注,有研究发现小鼠在ELF-EMF暴露下,生殖系统在发育过程中受到不良影响。但鼠类经过几千年的自然选择,其适应能力非常强,一旦适应单一频率和场强的磁场环境之后辐照就难再有好的效果。 本文针对以上所述提出了一种新的实验方法,采用一种新的辐射信号源,将老鼠腹部生殖系统定位为电磁生物靶,针对性的解决鼠类适应能力强的问题使鼠类无所适从,并而达到驱灭鼠的效果。此信号源将几种对鼠类作用效果好的极低频电磁场复合,并且极低频电磁场的方向可改变。 本实验在复合频率旋转电磁场驱灭鼠仪的基础上展开,以昆明种小白鼠作为实验对象,给予小鼠连续辐照,研究电磁靶向干扰对雄鼠生殖系统的影响;实验结果发现复合频率旋转电磁场辐照下小鼠生殖系统受到严重损伤: 小鼠睾丸生精细胞排列紊乱,细胞层数减少,生精细胞萎缩; 附睾中精子成熟率降低,精子存活率降低,严重的附睾中没有精子出现。 小鼠睾丸生精细胞排列紊乱、细胞层数减少说明睾丸中生精细胞细胞周期受阻滞,辐照导致小鼠睾丸受损,在睾丸中已经伤痕累累的精子进入附睾中,在附睾中继续受辐照影响,精子成熟率降低,精子存活率降低,辐照造成小鼠精子质量严重下降。 实验数据显示,电磁场靶向干扰下小鼠生殖系统毒性效果明显。
[Abstract]:The biological effect of very low frequency electromagnetic field is the focus of biophysical research. In recent years, in the field of biomedical engineering, researchers have obtained a lot of experimental results by using very low frequency electromagnetic radiation field to cause toxic interference to rodents.The toxic effect of ELF-EMF interference on the reproductive system of rodents has aroused widespread concern. Some studies have found that the reproductive system of mice is adversely affected during the development of ELF-EMF exposure.However, after thousands of years of natural selection, rodents have a very strong adaptability, once they adapt to the single frequency and the magnetic field environment, it is difficult to get a good effect after irradiation.In this paper, a new experimental method is proposed, which uses a new radiation signal source to position the abdominal reproductive system of the mouse as an electromagnetic biological target, so as to solve the problem of the strong adaptability of the rodents and make the rodents at a loss.And achieved the effect of exterminating rodent.This signal source is composed of several very low frequency electromagnetic fields which have good effect on rodents, and the direction of the very low frequency electromagnetic fields can be changed.The experiment was carried out on the basis of compound frequency rotating electromagnetic field drive rodent extinguishing instrument. Kunming white mice were used as experimental objects to study the effect of electromagnetic targeting interference on the reproductive system of male mice.The results showed that the reproductive system of mice was seriously damaged under the irradiation of complex frequency rotating electromagnetic field.The testicular spermatogenic cells were arranged in disorder, the number of cell layers was decreased, and the spermatogenic cells were atrophied.Sperm maturation rate decreased, sperm survival rate decreased in epididymis, no spermatozoa appeared in severe epididymis.The disorder of testicular spermatogenic cells and the decrease of the cell layer indicate that the spermatogenic cell cycle in the testis is blocked, the mice testis are damaged by irradiation, and the already scarred spermatozoa enter the epididymis in the testis.In epididymis, sperm maturation rate decreased, sperm survival rate decreased, and sperm quality decreased seriously after irradiation.The experimental data showed that the toxicity of mouse reproductive system under electromagnetic field targeting interference was obvious.
