有机干扰物等因素对复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀芽孢作用的影响

【摘要】：目的观察温度、pH值、有机干扰物等因素对复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀芽孢效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀芽孢试验对该消毒剂杀芽孢效果及其影响因素进行评价。结果用过氧化氢含量59.28 g/L的消毒液作用7.5 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为5.03,达到高水平消毒效果;温度对杀芽孢效果有明显影响,随着温度的升高,其杀芽孢效果显著增强;pH值对该消毒剂杀芽孢效果无影响;有机干扰物对其杀芽孢效果有轻度影响。结论该复方过氧化氢消毒剂具有优良的杀芽孢效果,pH值、有机干扰物质对其杀芽孢效果的影响较小。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of temperature and pH value and organic disturbance on the efficacy of compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant in killing spores.Methods suspension quantitative sporicidal test was used to evaluate the efficacy of the disinfectant in killing spores and its influencing factors.Results when the disinfection solution containing 59.28 g / L hydrogen peroxide was used for 7.5 min, the logarithmic value of killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger in suspension was 5.03.The bactericidal effect of this disinfectant was not affected by pH value, but slightly influenced by organic disturbance.Conclusion the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has excellent sporicidal effect and pH value, and organic disturbance has little effect on the sporicidal effect.
