2015-2016年腾冲市疟疾疫点调查处置结果分析

【摘要】:目的分析2015-2016年腾冲市疟疾疫点调查和处置情况,为阻断可能的疟疾传播提供依据。方法以2015-2016年腾冲市网报疟疾病例为线索,对疟疾疫点进行调查处置。采用诱蚊灯通宵诱蚊法,进行媒介按蚊种群调查。采集疫点范围近2周内有发热史的当地居民和疟疾病例同行人员的外周血,用疟疾快速诊断卡进行检测。结果 2015-2016年腾冲市共报告145例输入性疟疾病例,7 d内疟疾疫点调查处置率为100%(145/145)。捕获按蚊12种共16 186只;中华按蚊为优势蚊种,占64.31%(10 410/16 186);其次是昆明按蚊,占14.15%(2 291/16 186);微小按蚊占11.66%(1 887/16 186)。对51名疟疾病例同行人员进行疟疾筛查,检出阳性1人,阳性检出率为1.96%(1/51)。结论腾冲市存在疟疾传播媒介中华按蚊、昆明按蚊、微小按蚊等,且中华按蚊为优势种群;应进一步加强疟疾疫点调查处置,防止输入性疟疾引起的继发传播。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the investigation and disposal of malaria epidemic spot in Tengchong city from 2015 to 2016, and to provide evidence for blocking the possible malaria transmission.Methods the malaria epidemic spot was investigated and disposed in Tengchong City from 2015 to 2016.To investigate the population of Anopheles vector Anopheles japonicus was investigated by mosquito trap lamp overnight.The peripheral blood samples of local residents with a history of fever within 2 weeks were collected and detected with a rapid diagnosis card.Results during 2015-2016, a total of 145 imported malaria cases were reported in Tengchong City. The survey and disposal rate of malaria epidemic spot within 7 days was 100 / 145 / 145.Anopheles sinensis was the dominant mosquito species (64.31%), accounting for 10 410 / 16 16 (1866), followed by Kunming Anopheles Kunming (14.15 / 2 291 / 16 186) and Anopheles minimus 11.66% (1 88716).A total of 51 malaria patients were screened for malaria, and one of them was positive, and the positive rate was 1.96 / 51.Conclusion there are malaria vectors Anopheles sinensis, Anopheles Kunming and Anopheles minimus in Tengchong, and Anopheles sinensis is the dominant population.
