社区儿童少年心理韧性与创伤症状相关性研究

【摘要】：目的调查社区儿童少年心理韧性与创伤症状,分析二者之间的相关性及影响心理创伤严重程度的因素,为进行有效的社区健康干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样,运用埃森创伤症状量表(ETI)和青少年心理弹性量表对筛检出创伤事件1 793名儿童少年进行问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果不同年龄、性别经历创伤事件的儿童少年心理韧性得分不同,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);心理韧性各维度、心理韧性总分分别与创伤症状各维度、创伤症状总分均呈负相关(P0.05),相关系数r分布在-0.356~-0.040。多元回归显示创伤症状得分的影响因素有心理韧性。结论社区应关注社区经历创伤事件儿童少年,针对影响因素提供有效的社区干预。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between psychological resilience and trauma symptoms of children and adolescents in community and to analyze the correlation between them and the factors influencing the severity of trauma so as to provide the basis for effective community health intervention. Methods Multi-stage sampling, Essen Trauma symptom scale (ETI) and Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale were used to investigate 1 793 children and adolescents with traumatic events. Results the scores of psychological resilience of children and adolescents with different age and gender experienced traumatic events were different, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the scores of psychological resilience, total scores of psychological resilience and the dimensions of trauma symptoms were significant. The total score of traumatic symptoms was negatively correlated with that of P0.05, and the correlation coefficient (r) was between -0.356 and 0.040. Multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of trauma symptom score were psychological resilience. Conclusion the community should pay attention to the children and adolescents who experience traumatic events and provide effective community intervention to the influencing factors.
