DIDP和DINP暴露对小鼠的免疫毒性作用

【摘要】:为了探究增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)联合暴露对小鼠免疫系统毒性有无协同作用,实验采用56只SPF级雄性Balb/C小鼠,随机分为7组,用同种浓度(200mg/kg)不同质量配比的DIDP和DINP混合药剂对小鼠进行灌胃,染毒暴露周期为28d.染毒结束后,取耳组织,测定耳肿指数和双耳重量差;取耳组织和血清,检测生物因子IgE,IFN-γ,IL-4等.实验结果显示,DIDP与DINP联合口腔暴露使小鼠皮肤炎症明显加剧(P0.01),且随着DINP质量比例增大,免疫毒性逐渐增强.这表明,DIDP和DINP联合暴露,对小鼠有免疫系统毒性作用.但是,联合暴露时,各指标均是呈递增或递减趋势,并未出现以某种比例混合时加强或减弱免疫毒性作用的现象.这表明,DIDP和DINP联合暴露时并未有拮抗或协同作用.
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the synergistic effect of plasticizer DINP (diisononyl phthalate) and diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) on the immune system of mice, 56 male Balb/C mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into 7 groups. Mice were perfused with the mixture of DIDP and DINP of the same concentration of 200 mg / kg and the exposure period was 28 days. After the exposure, the ear tissue was removed, the ear swelling index and the weight difference of both ears were measured, and the biological factor IgE- IFN- 纬 IL-4 was detected in the ear tissue and serum. The results showed that the combined oral exposure of DIDP and DINP significantly aggravated the skin inflammation in mice, and the immunotoxicity increased with the increase of the mass ratio of DINP. This indicated that the combined exposure of DIDP and DINP had a toxic effect on the immune system of mice. However, when combined exposure, each index showed an increasing or decreasing trend, and there was no phenomenon of strengthening or weakening the immune toxicity when mixed in some proportion. This indicated that there was no antagonistic or synergistic effect between DIDP and DINP.
