云南省部分放射工作人员健康体检资料分析

【摘要】:目的 对云南省部分放射工作人员健康体检资料进行系统分析,了解职业照射对放射工作人员健康状况的影响,为将来相关卫生政策的制定和工作的推进提供参考和借鉴。 方法 12008年云南省放射工作人员健康状况分析 将2008年在云南省疾病预防控制中心进行体检的全部放射工作人员2362人的体检资料建立数据库,录入Excel,统计分析运用SPSS17.0软件。了解其人口学特征,分析不同性别、不同年龄、不同工种、不同机构的血常规指标异常情况及眼晶状体、微核率的异常情况。 2放射工作人员2005年到2011年7年连续健康状况变化分析 将2005至2011年均在云南省疾病预防控制中心进行体检的放射工作人员共178人7年连续体检资料建立数据库,录入Excel,统计分析运用SPSS17.0软件。分析其人口学特征,以及不同年份间血常规指标、心电图、眼晶状体、自觉症状、微核率的动态变化。 结果 1放射工作人员人口学特征和指标异常分析 2008年体检资料显示,放射工作人员以男性职业人群为主,年龄分布主要集中在40岁以下,各地区分布中,集中分布在昆明、曲靖、玉溪三个地区,工种分布以B类射线装置应用为主,医疗机构放射工作人员占所有放射工作人员的82.7%。 放射工作人员眼睛晶体混浊随年龄增长而升高,淋巴细胞微核率随年龄增长而升高,差异性显著。工种A放射性同位素应用与工种B辐射装置应用的放射工作人员白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板异常率比较均无统计学差异(P0.05)。 2放射工作人员健康状况变化 对2005年到2011年连续7年均进行体检的放射工作人员共178人的健康监护资料进行分析,7年中每年的白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板平均值均在正常值范围内,血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞在各年度之间的变化没有明显规律。7年资料比较医疗机构组的放射工作人员白细胞值平均水平高于非医疗机构组的放射工作人员,且两者之间有显著性差异,医疗机构组的放射工作人员血红蛋白值、血小板值平均水平与非医疗机构组比较无显著性差异的。自觉症状异常情况从2005年到2011年呈明显下降趋势。 结论 放射工作人员长期低剂量职业照射后,眼晶体异常比例增加,外周血淋巴细胞微核率可能受到一定的影响,提醒我们应该进一步加强放射防护,提高放射工作人员的防护意识和加强个人防护措施。
[Abstract]:Purpose The health examination data of some radiation workers in Yunnan Province were systematically analyzed to understand the effects of occupational exposure on the health status of radiation workers and to provide reference for the formulation of relevant health policies and the promotion of work in the future. Method Analysis of health status of radiation workers in Yunnan province in 2008 The physical examination data of 2362 radiation workers who were examined in Yunnan Disease Control and Prevention Center in 2008 were set up and recorded in Excel. The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. To understand the demographic characteristics, analyze the abnormal blood routine index and the abnormal rate of lens and micronucleus of different sex, age, type of work and different institutions. 2 Analysis of the changes of continuous health status of radiation workers for 7 years from 2005 to 2011 From 2005 to 2011, a total of 178 radiation workers who underwent physical examination in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Yunnan Province for 7 consecutive years were used to establish the database and input the data into Excel. The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. The demographic characteristics, blood routine indexes, electrocardiogram, ocular lens, conscious symptoms and micronucleus rate in different years were analyzed. Result 1. Analysis of demographic characteristics and abnormal indexes of radiation workers According to the medical examination data in 2008, the radiation workers are mainly male occupational groups, and the age distribution is mainly under 40 years old. The distribution of each area is concentrated in Kunming, Qujing and Yuxi regions. The type of work was mainly used in B-ray equipment, and the radiation workers in medical institutions accounted for 82.7% of all radiation workers. The rate of micronucleus of lymphocytes increased with age, and the difference was significant. There was no significant difference in the abnormal rates of leukocyte, hemoglobin and platelets between the radiation workers of type A radioisotope and the radiation equipment of type B. There was no significant difference in the abnormal rates of leukocytes, hemoglobin and platelets between the two groups (P 0.05). 2. Changes in health status of radiation workers The health monitoring data of 178 radiation workers who underwent physical examination for seven consecutive years from 2005 to 2011 were analyzed. The average values of white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets in each of the seven years were within the normal range, platelets, hemoglobin, hemoglobin, There was no obvious change of white blood cell in each year. The average level of white blood cell in 7 year group was higher than that in non-medical organization group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in hemoglobin value and platelet value between the medical institution group and the non-medical institution group. From 2005 to 2011, the abnormal condition of conscious symptoms showed an obvious downward trend. Conclusion After long-term low-dose occupational radiation, the proportion of abnormal eye lens increases, and the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes may be affected to a certain extent, which reminds us that we should further strengthen radiation protection. Enhance the protection awareness of radiation workers and strengthen personal protection measures.
