绿篱施药技术现场控制白纹伊蚊的效果研究

【摘要】:目的观察绿篱施药技术现场控制白纹伊蚊密度的效果,为蚊媒传染病的媒介控制提供技术储备。方法采用2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微胶囊进行绿篱滞留喷洒,利用诱蚊诱卵器和人诱停落法监测蚊虫密度,观察施药前后试验区和对照区白纹伊蚊的密度变化。结果人诱停落指数结果显示,施药后的第1~4周白纹伊蚊相对密度下降率分别为92.7%、83.7%、89.1%和61.4%;诱蚊诱卵器法结果显示:施药后第1~4周的诱卵器指数下降率分别为91.4%、88.9%、76.6%和85.7%。结论绿篱施药技术可有效地控制外环境白纹伊蚊密度,持续时间为3周左右,为伊蚊媒介可持续性的控制和管理提供技术储备。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of hedgerow application technique on field control of Aedes albopictus density in order to provide technical reserve for vector control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases. Methods 2.5% high efficiency cypermethrin microcapsule was used for hedge residual spraying. The density of Aedes albopictus was monitored by ovitator and human ovulation method, and the density of Aedes albopictus was observed before and after application. Results the results showed that the relative density of Aedes albopictus decreased by 92.7% and 61.4% respectively in the 1st week and the ovitator method showed that the decline rates of ovitator index were 91.488.976% and 85.775%, respectively. Conclusion the application of hedgerow can effectively control the density of Aedes albopictus in external environment, and the duration is about 3 weeks, which provides a technical reserve for the control and management of Aedes albopictus vector sustainability.
