儿童体质量指数与颈动脉血流频谱的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨体质量指数与儿童颈动脉的血流变化及其相关性,为儿童成年期疾病早期预防提供科学依据。方法采取典型整群抽样法选取海淀区2所中小学2007—2009年跟踪调查的90名9~15岁儿童,测量其身高体重并计算BMI。按照中国学龄儿童WGOC[1]标准,分为正常体重儿童10名,超重儿童37名,肥胖儿童43名,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量儿童颈动脉速度及阻力指数,并进行组间比较及分析BMI与儿童颈动脉血流频谱间的相关性。结果正常体重组儿童,左右侧颈动脉收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期流速(Vd)、阻力指数(RI)均值与超重、肥胖组比较,差异均无统计学意义(F值分别为0.503,0.980,0.603,0.109,0.426,0.486,P值均0.05);BMI24 kg/m2与BMI≥24 kg/m2组儿童左右侧颈动脉收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、舒张末期流速(Vd)、阻力指数(RI)均值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。儿童BMI与颈动脉血流速度的相关均有统计学意义(r=-0.254,P0.05)。结论控制儿童超重肥胖对预防成年期动脉粥样感化有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and carotid blood flow in children and to provide scientific basis for early prevention of childhood diseases. Methods A typical cluster sampling method was used to measure the height and weight of 90 children aged 15 years from 2007 to 2009 in two primary and secondary schools in Haidian District. The height and weight of the children were measured and BMIs were calculated. According to the WGOC standard of Chinese school-age children, there were 10 normal weight children, 37 overweight children and 43 obese children. The carotid artery velocity and resistance index were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. The correlation between BMI and carotid blood flow spectrum in children was analyzed. Results the mean values of peak systolic velocity of left and right carotid artery, end diastolic velocity and resistance index (RI) of normal weight group were compared with those of overweight and obesity groups.
