铟锡氧化物对大鼠体内铁、锌、铜元素含量的影响

【摘要】:[目的]探讨铟锡氧化物(ITO)对大鼠体内铁、锌、铜元素含量的影响。[方法]选取SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠24只,随机分为对照组、ITO 3 mg/kg组和ITO 6 mg/kg组。对染毒组大鼠进行肺灌注染毒,每周2次,连续染毒8周。染毒结束后,在屏障环境下继续喂养8周。造模结束后立即处死大鼠,摘取其肺脏、肝脏、肾脏、心脏、脾脏和股骨,经微波消解处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铟、铁、锌、铜元素含量。[结果]与对照组相比,ITO 3 mg组和6 mg组大鼠肺脏、肝脏、心脏、脾脏、股骨铟含量均更高(均P0.05),肺脏、肾脏中锌含量更低(均P0.05),肺脏、肝脏中铁含量更低(均P0.05);ITO 6 mg组大鼠肺脏、肝脏和肾脏中铜/锌值均高于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]ITO染毒可降低大鼠肺脏组织中锌、铁含量,使铜/锌值升高,进而干扰大鼠体内微量元素的平衡。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of indium tin oxide (ITO) on the contents of iron, zinc and copper in rats. [methods] Twenty-four Wistar male rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into two groups: control group, mg/kg group and ITO 6 mg/kg group. Rats in the control group were treated with lung perfusion twice a week for 8 weeks. After the exposure, continue to feed in the barrier environment for 8 weeks. The rats were killed immediately after modeling and their lungs, liver, kidney, heart, spleen and femur were removed. The contents of indium, iron, zinc and copper were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave digestion. [results] compared with the control group, the contents of indium in the lungs, liver, heart, spleen and femur of rats in ITO 3 mg group and 6 mg group were higher than those in control group (all P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05 respectively). The content of iron in liver was lower than that in control group (P 0.05) and the copper / zinc ratio in liver and kidney was higher than that in control group (P 0.05). [conclusion] ITO exposure can decrease the content of Zn and Fe in lung tissue of rats, increase the value of Cu / Zn, and interfere with the balance of trace elements in rats.
