拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感现状及影响因素的研究

【摘要】:通过对拉萨市学龄前儿童父母的育儿胜任感现状进行调查,评估其育儿胜任感水平,探讨育儿胜任感的主要影响因素。根据分析结果,提出增强学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感的相关建议,增强育儿自我效能和满意度,为促进拉萨地区学龄前儿童健康成长提供参考依据。方法:采取方便抽样的方法,选取拉萨市2所公立幼儿园和2所私立幼儿园240名学龄前儿童父母作为研究对象,对其实施问卷调查。调查问卷包括一般资料调查表、中文版父母育儿胜任感量表、社会支持评定量表。采用Epidata3.1对数据进行双录入,运用SPSS21.0统计学软件对数据进行分析。运用描述性统计分析、秩和检验、Spearman相关分析、多元逐步回归分析等统计学方法对数据进行处理。结果:1.拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感总分为(63.88±5.89)分,其中育儿效能维度得分为(31.89±3.33)分,满意度维度得分为(32.00±5.82)分。2.拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感得分在儿童年龄、幼儿园性质、是否独生、监护人职业、工作时间、收支情况及监护人性格方面均存在统计学差异(P0.05)。3.拉萨市学龄前儿童父母社会支持总分为(40.67±5.93)分,其中主观支持维度得分(24.23±4.04)分、客观支持维度得分(8.79±2.41)分、对支持的利用度维度得分(7.64±2.02)分。4.相关性分析结果显示育儿胜任感与社会支持有相关性(P(27)0.05,r=0.056)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,仅儿童年龄、幼儿园性质、收支情况进入回归方程,是影响育儿胜任感的相关因素,三者可以解释育儿胜任感12.9%的变异。结论:1.拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感处于较低水平,社会支持处于中等水平。2.拉萨市学龄前儿童父母社会支持与育儿胜任感呈正相关,即学龄前儿童父母社会支持水平越高,其育儿胜任感水平越高。3.一般资料中儿童年龄、幼儿园性质、是否独生、监护人职业、工作时间、收支情况、监护人性格是拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感的影响因素;儿童年龄、幼儿园性质、收支情况是拉萨市学龄前儿童父母育儿胜任感的主要影响因素。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the status of parenting competence of parents of preschool children in Lhasa, the level of their child care competence is evaluated and the main factors affecting the sense of parenting competence are discussed. According to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the parental competence of the parents of preschool children, to enhance the self-efficacy and satisfaction of children, and to promote the school age in the Lhasa region. Methods: a convenient sampling method was adopted to select 240 preschool children from 2 public kindergartens and 2 private kindergartens in Lhasa city. The questionnaire survey was conducted. The questionnaire included the general information questionnaire, the Chinese parenting Competency Scale, and the social support assessment. The data were recorded by Epidata3.1, and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistics software. The data were processed by descriptive statistical analysis, rank sum test, Spearman correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: 1. the total score of parenting competence of preschool children in Lhasa was (63.88 + 5.8). 9), the score of parenting effectiveness dimension was (31.89 + 3.33), and the score of satisfaction dimension was (32 + 5.82). The score of parenting competence of preschool children in Lhasa city was in children's age, the nature of the kindergarten, the only birth, the occupation of the guardian, the working time, the income and expenditure and the guardian character had statistical difference (P0.05).3. pull. The total score of social support for preschool children was (40.67 + 5.93), among which subjective support dimension score (24.23 + 4.04), objective support dimension score (8.79 + 2.41) score (8.79 + 2.41), and support utilization dimension score (7.64 + 2.02).4. correlation analysis showed that children's competence was correlated with social support (P (27) 0.05, r=0.056). The results of stepwise regression analysis show that only children age, kindergarten nature and income and expenditure enter the regression equation, which are related factors affecting the competence of childcare, and the three can explain the variation of 12.9% of childcare competence. Conclusion: 1. Lhasa preschool children's parental competence is at a lower level, and social support is in the middle level of.2. Lhasa city. The social support of preschool children is positively related to the sense of parenting competence. That is, the higher the level of social support for the parents of preschool children, the higher the level of their parenting competence is, the higher the children's age in.3., the nature of the kindergarten, the only birth, the occupation of the guardians, the working hours and the balance of payments situation. The guardian character is the parent childcare of the preschool children in Lhasa. The influencing factors of competency are children age, kindergarten character and income and expenditure, which are the main influencing factors of parenting competence of preschool children in Lhasa.
