河北省尘肺病患者接尘工龄特征分析

【摘要】:目的了解河北省确诊尘肺病病例接尘工龄变化趋势,为制定河北省尘肺病防治对策提供依据。方法采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行数据整理,筛选2001-2012年河北省确诊的尘肺病例进行分析;不同地区、尘肺种类、工种、接尘年份、开始接尘年代工人的接尘工龄总体分布的Kruskal-Wallis H检验、两两比较的K-S检验以及不同经济类型、行业、企业规模的两因素方差分析;按接尘年份、开始接尘年代作尘肺病病例接尘工龄的趋势分析。结果随着接尘年代不同尘肺病例的接尘工龄呈现明显时间序列下降趋势,矽肺接尘工龄(13a)明显低于其他尘肺(煤工尘肺、陶工尘肺、水泥尘肺、电焊工尘肺分别为25、20、24、25a),凿岩工、破碎工接尘工龄最短(9、9a),尘肺病例尘肺种类、工种、接尘年份、开始接尘年代工人的接尘工龄H检验结果显示,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);承德地区尘肺病病例的接尘工龄最短(8a),小型企业的工龄最短(8a),有色金属行业的工龄最短(9a),私有经济类型的工龄最短(8a),不同地区、经济类型、行业、企业规模的方差分析结果显示,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论河北省尘肺病例的接尘工龄均呈缩短趋势,尘肺病患病形势依然严峻。建议在重点行业,对重点粉尘企业、重点工种职业人群制定尘肺病防治行动计划,采取综合控制措施,降低尘肺危害,保护劳动者健康,促进企业健康协调发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the changing trend of dust-exposed service of confirmed pneumoconiosis cases in Hebei Province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis in Hebei Province. Methods the data of pneumoconiosis cases diagnosed in Hebei Province from 2001 to 2012 were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and the Kruskal-Wallis H test of the total distribution of workers' exposure years in different areas, types of pneumoconiosis, types of work, years of dust exposure, and the beginning of dust-exposed years was used to test the distribution of pneumoconiosis cases in Hebei Province from 2001 to 2012. K-S test and variance analysis of two factors in different economic types, industries and enterprises, and trend analysis of pneumoconiosis cases' exposure years according to the year of dust exposure. Results with the time series of exposure to pneumoconiosis in different pneumoconiosis cases decreased, silicosis was significantly lower than other pneumoconiosis (coal pneumoconiosis, pottery pneumoconiosis, cement pneumoconiosis, welder pneumoconiosis) were 2520 / 24 / 25a / a, rock drillers respectively. The shortest exposure time of broken workers to dust was 9 years. The results of H test showed that the pneumoconiosis cases had pneumoconiosis types, types of work, year of dust exposure, and workers' exposure to dust at the beginning of dust exposure. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The shortest exposure time of pneumoconiosis cases in Chengde area was 8as, that of small enterprises was 8as, that of non-ferrous metals was 9as, that of private economy was 8as, that of different regions, economic types and industries. The results of ANOVA showed that the differences were statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the working time of pneumoconiosis cases in Hebei Province is shortened, and the situation of pneumoconiosis is still severe. It is suggested that the action plan for the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis should be formulated for key dust enterprises and occupational groups in key industries, and comprehensive control measures should be taken to reduce pneumoconiosis hazards, to protect the health of workers and to promote the healthy and coordinated development of enterprises.
