重庆市女大学生经期卫生KAP及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的调查女大学生经期卫生知识、态度和行为,分析其影响因素,为开展女大学生经期卫生保健提供指导依据。方法于2015年1—12月随机抽取重庆市6所高校女生共3 220人进行经期卫生保健知识、态度和行为调查,分析其可能的影响因素。结果女大学生经期卫生知识水平较低,其经期卫生知识、态度和行为评分分别为(6.5±1.7)、(13.1±2.5)和(19.0±5.7)分,经期卫生知识回答正确率仅为46.7%,良好经期态度和行为持有率分别为88.4%和74.3%;不同生源地、专业、年级学生经期知识和行为评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05);经期有无不适症状、体质状况自我评价、家庭环境、经期是否接受卫生教育及经济条件是经期卫生行为的影响因素。结论重庆市女大学生经期卫生保健知识匮乏,应加强经期健康教育,促进改变经期不良卫生行为。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health knowledge, attitude and behavior of female college students during menstrual period, and to analyze its influencing factors, and to provide guidance basis for the development of health care for female college students during menstrual period. Methods A total of 3 220 female students from 6 universities in Chongqing were randomly selected from January to December 2015 to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of menstrual health care, and to analyze the possible influencing factors. Results the level of health knowledge in menstrual period of female college students was lower. The scores of health knowledge, attitude and behavior of female college students in menstrual period were 6.5 卤1.7 卤2.5) and 19.0 卤5.7 respectively. The correct answer rate of health knowledge in menstrual period was only 46.7%, and the holding rates of attitude and behavior in good menstrual period were 88.4% and 74.3%, respectively. Self-evaluation of physical condition, family environment, health education during menstruation and economic conditions are the influencing factors of menstrual hygiene behavior. Conclusion female college students in Chongqing lack knowledge of menstrual health care and should strengthen health education in menstrual period to promote the change of unhealthy health behavior during menstrual period.
