职业人群二手烟暴露与健康危害的研究进展

【摘要】：工作场所的二手烟暴露被认为是二手烟暴露的重要来源。职业场所的二手烟暴露可对职业人群的健康造成严重影响,包括肺癌及其他呼吸系统疾病、心血管疾病。本文就二手烟暴露对职业人群健康危害和无烟立法带来的健康效应的研究进行分析和总结。结果显示,国内外的研究均证明无烟立法可有效减少职业人群二手烟暴露,降低其呼吸系统疾病和心血管系统疾病的发病率。近年来,随着相关工作场所和公共场所无烟立法的实施,关于无烟立法实施后对职业人群二手烟暴露及其健康效应的影响逐渐成为国际上控烟领域的研究热点。然而,国内对职业人群二手烟暴露造成的不良健康影响方面的研究仍然比较缺乏,尤其是在无烟立法后带来的健康效应方面。需要未来的研究关注工作场所无烟立法对职业人群的健康效益,为全国性无烟立法的实施提供数据支持。
[Abstract]:Second-hand smoke exposure in the workplace is considered an important source of secondhand smoke exposure. Exposure to secondhand smoke in the workplace can seriously affect the health of the occupational population, including lung cancer and other respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases. This paper analyzes and summarizes the health effects of secondhand smoke exposure on occupational health and smokeless legislation. The results show that smokeless legislation can effectively reduce secondhand smoke exposure and reduce the incidence of respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, with the implementation of smoke-free legislation in related workplaces and public places, the influence of smokeless legislation on the second-hand smoke exposure and its health effects of the occupational population has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of smoking control. However, there is still a lack of research on the adverse health effects of secondhand smoke exposure in China, especially on the health effects of smoke-free legislation. Future research is needed to focus on the health benefits of smoke-free legislation in the workplace and provide data support for the implementation of national smoke-free legislation.
