长江武汉段地表水指示微生物与致病菌相关关系的研究与分析

【摘要】:目的调查长江武汉段地表水微生物污染现状;研究地表水中菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌、肠球菌五种细菌学指标之间的关系,分析其与致病菌沙门菌的相互关系,及其与温度、pH之间的相关性,寻求最具有代表性的地表水粪便污染指示菌。方法与2011年9月-2012年5月对长江武汉段地表水及同济医院医院污水进行连续采样,采集长江岸边及江心两固定点水样和同济医院排污管水样,以医院污水作为对沙门氏菌检测的阳性对照组。对水中的菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌、肠球菌及沙门氏菌进行定量或定性分析,并分析其相关性。结果参照《中华人民共和国地表水环境质量标准》GB3838-2002分析,60份长江水水样中,耐热大肠菌群的超标率为55.0%,检出有沙门氏菌的水样有12份,检出率为20.0%。结果分析显示,,总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌密度与沙门氏菌的检出率均呈正相关,耐热大肠菌群对肠道致病菌的提示作用最好。结论长江武汉段地表水微生物污染严重,五种候选指示菌对致病菌污染水体均有一定的提示作用,但耐热大肠菌群对肠道致病菌的提示作用最好,建议使用耐热大肠菌群联合肠球菌作为肠道致病菌污染地表水的指示菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the microbial contamination of surface water in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River, and to study the relationship between the total colonies of the surface water, the total coliform group, the heat coliform group, the Escherichia coli and Enterococcus, and analyze the relationship between the bacteria and the pathogenic bacteria Salmonella, and the correlation between them and the temperature and pH, and seek the most representative The method of sampling the surface water of the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River and the hospital sewage of Tongji Hospital in the Yangtze River in September 2011 -2012, and collecting the water samples from the two fixed-point water samples of the Yangtze River bank and the river heart and Tongji Hospital Sewage pipe, taking the hospital sewage as the positive control group of Salmonella, and the total number of the colony in the water. The total coliform group, heat coliform group, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus and Salmonella were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively, and their correlation was analyzed. According to the >GB3838-2002 analysis of the environmental quality standard >GB3838-2002 of the surface water of the Yangtze River, the exceeding standard rate of the heat coliform bacteria in the 60 water samples of the Yangtze river was 55%, and the water samples with Salmonella bacteria were detected. 12 samples, the detection rate of 20.0%. results showed that the total coliform group, the heat coliform bacteria group, the Escherichia coli density and the detection rate of Salmonella were positively correlated, the heat coliform group was the best indication for the intestinal pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion the surface water in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River was polluted seriously, and the five candidate indicative bacteria contaminated the pathogenic bacteria. The body has a certain hint, but the heat coliform group has the best effect on the intestinal pathogenic bacteria. It is suggested that the heat coliform bacteria group combined with Enterococcus can be used as the indicator of the intestinal bacteria to pollute the surface water.
