XAD-7吸附-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙二醇

【摘要】:采用离子交换树脂XAD-7吸附-毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙二醇,结果表明,该方法在0 mg/L~1 116 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.88 mg/L,当采样体积为7.5 L时,最低检出质量浓度为0.11 mg/m3。乙二醇标准溶液测定结果的RSD为1.3%,空白加标回收率为80.1%~107%,方法的采集效率为98.0%。
[Abstract]:The determination of ethylene glycol in workplace air by ion exchange resin XAD-7 adsorption-capillary gas chromatography shows that the method has a good linearity in the range of 0 mg / L ~ (-1 116) mg / L, and the detection limit is 0.88 mg / L, and when the sampling volume is 7.5 L, the detection limit of the method is 0.88 mg 路L ~ (-1). The lowest detectable mass concentration was 0.11 mg / m ~ (3). The RSD of the determination of ethylene glycol standard solution was 1.3 and the recovery rate of blank standard solution was 80.1 and 107.The collection efficiency of the method was 98.0.
