980nm连续激光在金属医疗器械表面高效灭菌的实验研究

【摘要】:目的探讨980 nm红外连续激光对金属医疗器械表面高效灭菌的功率和时间阈值关系。方法采用人工污染实验法,以无菌钢制手术刀为载体,用金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别进行污染,经不同功率、对应不同辐照时间的激光消毒灭菌后用细菌培养基清洗刀片采样,采用增菌培养来检测红外激光对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的灭活情况。结果 980 nm激光在5.24 W时辐照29 s,6.87 W时辐照24 s,8.33 W时辐照14 s,10.11 W时辐照14 s都能彻底杀死金黄色葡萄球菌;980 nm激光在5.24 W时辐照22 s,6.87 W时辐照12 s,8.33 W时辐照11 s,10.11 W时辐照9 s都能彻底杀死大肠杆菌。大肠杆菌比金黄色葡萄球菌更易灭活。依据实验数据拟合,在同一激光功率下,两种细菌存活率与辐照时间的函数符合一阶反应动力学形式。结论 980 nm红外激光能够实现金属医疗器械表面的快速消毒灭菌,并且功率越高则时间越短、效果越好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between power and time threshold of 980 nm infrared continuous laser sterilization on the surface of metal medical instruments. Methods the method of artificial pollution experiment was used, the sterile steel scalpel was used as the carrier, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were used to pollute the scalpel with different power. After sterilizing and sterilizing with laser at different irradiation time, the blade samples were washed with bacterial culture medium, and the inactivation of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus by infrared laser was detected by bacteria culture. Results 980 nm laser irradiation at 5.24 W, 29 s-1, 6.87 W, 24 s-1, 8.33 W, 14 sL, 10.11 W for 14 s, can completely kill Staphylococcus aureus at 980 nm laser at 5.24 W, 22 sL, 6.87 W, 12 sL, 8.33 W, 11 s10.11, respectively. When exposed to W for 9 s, Escherichia coli can be killed completely. E. coli is more inactivated than Staphylococcus aureus. According to the experimental data fitting, under the same laser power, the function of the survival rate and irradiation time of the two bacteria accords with the first-order reaction kinetics. Conclusion 980 nm infrared laser can quickly sterilize the surface of metal medical instruments, and the higher the power is, the shorter the time is and the better the effect is.
