2012-2014年南昌市食物中毒事件流行病学特征分析

【摘要】:目的分析南昌市食物中毒发生的规律和特征,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法收集南昌市2012-2014年食物中毒流行病调查资料并进行统计学分析。结果 2012-2014年,南昌市共发生食物中毒事件29起,发病312人,死亡2人;6月份发生食物中毒次数最多,8月份发病人数最多;主要场所为家庭(37.93%)、学校食堂(31.03%)、餐饮单位(24.14%)、食品零售(6.90%);中毒原因主要为原因不明食物中毒,占51.72%,毒蕈中毒占31.03%,细菌性中毒占17.24%。结论通过加强宣传教育提高人群食品安全意识;建立有效的监管防控机制,加强控制关键环节,消除食物中毒发生的隐患;完善食物中毒应急机制,及时查明食物中毒原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the regularity and characteristics of food poisoning in Nanchang city, and to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling food poisoning effectively. Methods the epidemiological data of food poisoning in Nanchang from 2012 to 2014 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results from 2012 to 2014, there were 29 food poisoning events in Nanchang city, 312 cases occurred, and 2 people died in June, and the number of food poisoning in August was the highest. The main places were family (37.93%), school canteen (31.03%), catering unit (24.14%) and food retail (6.90%), the main causes of poisoning were food poisoning of unknown reasons (51.72%), muscaric poisoning (31.03%), bacterial poisoning (17.2445%). Conclusion through strengthening propaganda and education to raise the awareness of food safety, to establish an effective mechanism of supervision, prevention and control, to strengthen the control of key links, to eliminate the hidden dangers of food poisoning, to improve the emergency mechanism of food poisoning, and to find out the causes of food poisoning in time.
