双酚A对成年小鼠血清胆固醇和炎症因子水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)长期暴露对成年小鼠血清胆固醇和炎症因子水平的影响。方法将24只健康8周龄SPF级C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照(蒸馏水)组、溶剂对照(玉米油)组和BPA(500μg/kg)染毒组,每组8只。采用经口灌胃方式进行染毒,染毒容量为0.01 ml/g,每天1次,持续染毒12周。检测小鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的水平。结果 BPA染毒组小鼠血清TC和LDL-C水平均高于正常对照组和溶剂对照组,而血清HDL-C水平均低于正常对照组和溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。BPA染毒组小鼠血清炎症因子TNF-ɑ和IL-6水平均高于正常对照组和溶剂对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论长期低剂量BPA暴露可导致成年小鼠体内胆固醇代谢紊乱,并可诱发机体炎症反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of bisphenol A exposure on serum cholesterol and inflammatory cytokines in adult mice. Methods Twenty-four healthy 8-week-old SPF grade C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into normal control (distilled water) group, solvent control (corn oil) group and BPA (500 渭 g/kg) group with 8 mice in each group. The dose was 0.01 ml / g once a day for 12 weeks. The serum levels of total cholesterol (total cholesterol), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low density lipoprotein cholesterol), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured. Results the serum TC and LDL-C levels of mice exposed to BPA were higher than those of normal control group and solvent control group, while serum HDL-C levels were lower than those of normal control group and solvent control group. The serum levels of TNF- and IL-6 in BPA-exposed mice were significantly higher than those in normal control group and solvent control group (P0.05). Conclusion long-term low-dose BPA exposure can induce cholesterol metabolism disorder and inflammatory reaction in adult mice.
