长沙市2117份外环境标本禽流感病毒监测结果分析

【摘要】:目的了解长沙市活禽市场外环境中禽流感病毒的污染情况,为长沙市禽流感疫情风险评估与防控提供理论依据。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法对2014年1月-2017年3月长沙市9个区县疾控中心采集的2 117份活禽市场监测样本,进行甲型流感病毒(Influenza A virus,FluA)、H5、H7、H9核酸检测,结果使用SPSS19.0进行分析。结果 2117份标本中禽流感FluA阳性率为73.45%,各年均有H5,H7,H9亚型和混合感染检出。四个季度中以第四季度样本FluA阳性率最高(82.74%)。宰杀或摆放禽肉案板表面的擦拭标本、禽类饮水、清洗禽类污水、笼具表面擦拭标本、粪便和其他标本的FluA阳性率从高到低依次为87.14%、75.32%、74.88%、38.18%、29.41%、8.33%,不同类型标本阳性率差异有统计学意义(X~2=104.582,P0.05)。非中心城区与中心城区标本FluA阳性率差异有统计学意义(X~2=11.958,P0.05)。结论长沙活禽市场外环境标本常年存在H5,H7,H9亚型,冬季为禽流感高发季节,禽类宰杀环节污染程度高,相关部门应加大监管力度,从源头上加强防控和治理禽流感的传播。
[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the avian influenza virus (AIV) contamination in the outside environment of live poultry market in Changsha and provide theoretical basis for risk assessment and prevention and control of AIV epidemic in Changsha.Methods 2 117 samples collected from 9 districts and counties of Changsha from January 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The positive rate of Avian Influenza FluA was 73.45% in 2117 specimens. H5, H7 and H9 subtypes and mixed infection were detected every year. The positive rate of FluA was the highest in the fourth quarter (82.74%). The positive rates of fluA were 87.14%, 75.32%, 74.88%, 38.18%, 29.41%, 8.33% respectively from high to low. The positive rates of different types of samples were statistically significant (X~2=104.582, P 0.05). The positive rates of fluA in non-central urban and central urban areas were statistically significant. Conclusion H5, H7 and H9 subtypes exist in the external environment samples of Changsha live poultry market all year round, and the season of avian influenza is high in winter. The level of pollution in poultry slaughter is high. The relevant departments should strengthen supervision and control to prevent and control the spread of avian influenza from the source.
