微乳碘的抗菌效果及安全性评价

【摘要】:目的对自制微乳碘的杀菌效果和安全性进行考察与评价。方法通过最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)试验、抑菌率和杀菌率试验评价自制微乳碘的抗菌效果;通过受试动物皮肤刺激性试验和皮内刺激性试验对自制微乳碘的安全性进行考察与评价。结果自制微乳碘对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为11.72 mg/L,对白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的MIC为23.44 mg/L;4种菌的MBC不大于94.0 mg/L;有效碘含量在12.0~90.0 mg/L范围,于2 min内对4种菌的抑菌率、杀菌率均达100%。有效碘含量为1 500 mg/L时对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤及皮内均无刺激性反应。结论与该市售碘伏比较,自制微乳碘具有使用安全、起效快、起效浓度低、杀菌效果好等特点,可为临床消毒提供一种新的手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and evaluate the bactericidal efficacy and safety of self-made microemulsion iodine. Methods the antibacterial effect of self-made microemulsion iodine was evaluated by minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) test, bacteriostatic rate and bactericidal rate test. The safety of self-made microemulsion iodine was investigated and evaluated by skin irritation test and intradermal irritation test. Results the MIC of microemulsion iodine to Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 11.72 mg/L, to Candida albicans and MIC of Escherichia coli was 23.44 mg/L;4, the MBC of microemulsion iodine to Staphylococcus aureus was less than 94.0 mg/L; and the effective iodine content was 12.0 ~ 90.0 mg/L, and the inhibition rate of 4 strains was within 2 min. The bactericidal rate is 100%. When the effective iodine content was 1 500 mg/L, there was no irritation to the intact skin, damaged skin and skin. Conclusion compared with the iodophor sold in the city, the self-made microemulsion iodine has the characteristics of safe use, quick onset, low initial concentration and good bactericidal effect, which can provide a new method for clinical disinfection.
