女孩青春期启动及发育趋势分析

【摘要】：青春期是指从儿童到成人的过渡时期,是个体生长发育的重要里程碑。自19世纪早期到20世纪中叶,随着社会经济的发展,世界范围内多个国家和地区的女孩青春期启动年龄出现不同程度的提前。此后,在发展中国家和地区女孩青春期启动年龄持续提前的同时,部分西方国家呈现出趋于停滞甚至推迟的现象。研究表明,青春期启动时间早晚和持续时间长短会对个体成年期的健康产生重要影响。因此,本文对各国女孩青春期启动及发育的长期趋势进行了综述。
[Abstract]:Adolescence refers to the transition period from children to adults, which is an important milestone of individual growth and development. From the early 19th century to the middle of the 20th century, with the development of social economy, the onset age of puberty of girls in many countries and regions all over the world appeared in different degrees. Since then, while the onset age of puberty of girls in developing countries and regions has continued to advance, some western countries have tended to stagnate or even delay. Studies have shown that the onset time and duration of puberty have an important effect on the health of an individual in adulthood. Therefore, this paper reviews the long-term trends of puberty initiation and development of girls in various countries.
