2014—2017年苏州市姑苏区儿童和孕妇尿碘水平调查分析

【摘要】:为分析2014—2017年苏州市姑苏区儿童和孕妇的碘营养状况,按东西南北中5个方位随机抽取1个街道的一家社区卫生服务机构,每个机构随机采集20名孕妇;每个街道选取一个学校,每个学校选取三年级(8~10岁)一个班学龄儿童,采集尿样并检测尿碘水平。结果显示,2014—2017年苏州市姑苏区儿童尿碘中位数241.0、210.0、144.0、204.0μg/L。各年苏州市姑苏区儿童尿碘水平间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=66.704,P0.05);其中,以2014年最高,以2016年最低,呈先下降后升高的趋势。2014—2017年苏州市姑苏区孕妇中位数分别是166.9、174.9、90.50、186.0μg/L。各年苏州市姑苏区孕妇尿碘水平间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=51.001,P0.05);其中,以2017年最高,以2016年最低。提示苏州市姑苏区儿童碘营养处于适量偏上水平,孕妇的碘营养水平处于适宜偏下水平,建议辖区内居民科学补碘。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the iodine nutrition status of children and pregnant women in Gusu District of Suzhou City in 2014-2017, a community health service institution was randomly selected from one street according to five directions in the middle, north and south of east, west and north, and 20 pregnant women were randomly collected from each organization. One school was selected for each street and one for third grade (8 ~ 10 years old). Urine samples were collected and urinary iodine levels were measured. The results showed that the median urinary iodine level of children in Suzhou District was 241.0210.0144.0204.0 渭 g / L in 2014-2017. There were significant differences in urinary iodine levels among children in Suzhou, Suzhou (蠂 2 + 66.704), among which the highest in 2014 and the lowest in 2016 showed a tendency of first decreasing and then increasing. The median of pregnant women in Suzhou was 166.9174.9 / 90.50186.0 渭 g / L in 2014-2017. There were significant differences in urinary iodine levels among pregnant women in Gusu District of Suzhou City in different years (蠂 2 + 51.001g P 0.05), among which the highest level was in 2017 and the lowest in 2016. It is suggested that the iodine nutrition of children in Gusu District of Suzhou City is on the right side and that the iodine nutrition level of pregnant women is at the appropriate lower level. It is suggested that the residents in the district should supplement iodine scientifically.
