【摘要】：正我从参加营养工作到退休正好五十年。回顾既往,我的工作杂而不深,但又多属当时形势所需而做,仅少数为自己选题,涉及营养素的消化吸收,能量及蛋白质代谢等人体实验,也有单细胞生物的营养评价,脂质生化的动物实验和微量元素含量测定等各个方面。在全部工作中占比重最大的还是营养调查。它既是我的启蒙工作,也是我最关注的一项任务。我曾一度对营养调查感到乏味,认为它既少理论,又少技术,更少创新。但通过实践,终于认识到它是营养工作者必须掌握的手段之一,是研
[Abstract]:I was just 50 years from my nutrition job to my retirement. Looking back on the past, my work was miscellaneous and not deep, but most of my work was required by the situation at that time.
