利用世界卫生组织数据评估工具评价绍兴市上虞区常规免疫报告质量

【摘要】：目的评估绍兴市上虞区常规免疫报告质量。方法收集上虞区20家预防接种门诊2014年常规免疫报告数据,利用世界卫生组织(WHO)数据评估工具的确认因子(Verification factors,VF)和质量指数(Quality index,QI)分别评价报告数据和监测系统质量。结果全区20个疫苗剂次的VF范围为0.94-1.04。20家预防接种门诊所有疫苗剂次的VF范围为0.07-3.25,其中12家(60%)门诊在0.85-1.15之间;监测系统的平均QI为76.59;平均VF偏离1的绝对值与QI呈负相关。结论上虞区常规免疫报告总体质量较好,但各预防接种门诊之间差异较大。WHO数据评估工具为评价常规免疫报告质量提供了新方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of routine immunization report in Shangyu District of Shaoxing City. Methods routine immunization data were collected from 20 vaccination clinics in Shangyu District in 2014. The quality of the data and the quality index (Quality index,QI) of the World Health Organization (WHO) (WHO) data Evaluation tool were used to evaluate the quality of the report data and the monitoring system respectively. Results the VF range of 20 vaccine doses in the whole region ranged from 0.94-1.04.20 vaccine doses to 0.07-3.25 for all vaccine doses, 12 (60%) outpatients were between 0.85-1.15, the average QI of the surveillance system was 76.59, and the absolute value of average VF deviation from 1 was negatively correlated with QI. Conclusion the general quality of routine immunization reports in Shangyu area is good, but there are great differences among the vaccination outpatients. The WHO data evaluation tool provides a new method for evaluating the quality of routine immunization reports.
