某海上石油钻井平台项目职业病危害控制效果评价

【摘要】:目的分析某海上石油钻井平台新建项目(简称"新建项目")试运行期间存在的职业病危害因素,评价其控制效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测和风险分类等方法,结合职业健康检查,对新建项目工作场所的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析,提出关键控制措施,评价控制效果。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电场、电磁辐射、紫外辐射和手传振动,属于职业病危害风险较重的建设项目。工作场所噪声强度超标率为42.8%,12个工种的个体噪声检测结果均超过职业接触限值;甲板工、机械工和生产操作工时间加权平均湿球黑球温度为30.3~32.6℃,均超过职业接触限值;维修工打磨作业时,4 h等能量频率计权振动加速度最大值为10.4 m/s2,超过职业接触限值。化学毒物、电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、紫外辐射(罩内)、高频辐射、超高频辐射、微波和工频电场检测结果均合格。职业健康检查发现1名动力工属噪声作业职业禁忌证,已调离原工作岗位。综合分析,将噪声、高温、苯和手传振动列为该项目重点控制的职业病危害因素。结论该海上石油钻井平台项目属于职业病危害风险较重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occupational hazard factors during the trial operation of a new construction project of offshore oil drilling platform ("new project") and evaluate its control effect. Methods the occupational health survey, occupational health examination and risk classification were used to identify and analyze the occupational disease hazard factors in the newly built project workplace, and the key control measures were put forward. Evaluate the control effect. Results the occupational hazard factors of the project were chemical poison, dust, noise, high temperature, power frequency electric field, electromagnetic radiation, ultraviolet radiation and hand vibration. In the workplace, the noise intensity exceeded the standard rate 42.8, the results of individual noise detection of 12 kinds of work exceeded the occupational exposure limit, the weighted average wet bulb black bulb temperature of deck workers, mechanical workers and production operators was 30.3 鈩,
