使用辐射变色底片及热发光剂量计量计在球形假体上模拟患者接受放射治疗后表皮辐射剂量的分布及探讨

【摘要】:使用高能光子射束治疗恶性肿瘤的患者时,因为辐射线是先穿越表皮后再照射到深处的肿瘤,所以皮肤表面会接受到无法避免的辐射剂量;另一方面,临床治疗上也常碰到肿瘤生长在表浅处;而此时我们却希望表浅处要有足够的剂量;所以此篇主要的目的是要探讨在不同能量的光子下,不同的入射角度在假体表面上的建成区的辐射剂量改变的情况,以便在临床上对肿瘤不同的生长部位或表皮剂量的分布情况有一全面性的了解 在这实验中我们使用自制的球形假体,GAF chromic底片及TLD进行建成区辐射剂量的测量;测量的结果显示,,大小不同能量的光子在建成区内的同一深度做比较时,随着光子的能量愈小,建成区内的剂量有变大的趋势;入射的角度越倾斜,则垂直于治疗床的建成区处之百分深度剂量会变得愈大。 在临床治疗上,因为入射的角度愈倾斜,则对患者的表皮伤害愈大;但对于肿瘤生长在较表浅处,则反而需要在表浅处覆盖似组织物以便增加肿瘤的剂量;此结论是以此篇对临床治疗上最重要的贡献
[Abstract]:In the treatment of malignant tumors with high-energy photon beams, the skin surface receives an unavoidable dose of radiation because the radiation line passes through the epidermis before it reaches the deep tumor; on the other hand, In clinical therapy, we often encounter tumors growing on the surface, and at this point we want an adequate dose of the superficial, so the main purpose of this article is to explore the photons with different energies. Changes in radiation doses at different incident angles in the building area on the surface of the prosthesis, In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the distribution of doses in different growth sites or epidermis of the tumor in clinic, we used self-made spherical prosthesis, GAF chromic negative film and TLD to measure the radiation dose in the built-up area. The measured results show that when photons of different energies are compared at the same depth in the built region, the dose in the built region tends to increase with the smaller the energy of the photon; the more inclined the incident angle is, The percentage depth dose perpendicular to the site of the treatment bed becomes larger. In clinical treatment, the more inclined the incident angle, the greater the injury to the epidermis of the patient, but for the tumor growing in the superficial place, it is necessary to cover the superficial tissue in order to increase the dose of the tumor. This conclusion is the most important contribution to clinical treatment.
