烟台口岸淡色库蚊中检测到库蚊黄病毒

【摘要】：目的监测烟台口岸淡色库蚊携带黄病毒情况。方法在烟台口岸采集淡色库蚊,用RT-PCR方法检测库蚊黄病毒,采用MEGA 5.0软件进行遗传距离计算和系统发育分析,确定该病毒的基因型。结果从烟台口岸90组淡色库蚊中的1组,扩增到库蚊黄病毒核酸,序列分析证实为库蚊黄病毒。系统发育分析显示与分离自山东东明的病毒株(JQ518484.1)遗传关系最近,相似度达98%。该病毒分型为基因I型。结论烟台口岸淡色库蚊中检测到库蚊黄病毒,应加强蚊虫携带病原体的监测。
[Abstract]:Objective to monitor the yellow virus carried by Culex pipiens pallens at Yantai Port. Methods Culex pipiens pallens was collected at Yantai port. The yellow virus of Culex pipiens pallens was detected by RT-PCR method. Genetic distance calculation and phylogenetic analysis were carried out with MEGA 5.0 software to determine the genotype of the virus. Results the nucleic acid of Culex pipiens pallens was amplified from one of 90 groups of Culex pipiens pallens at Yantai Port. The nucleic acid of Culex pipiens was confirmed as Culex pipiens yellow virus by sequence analysis. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the genetic relationship between the virus strain (JQ518484.1) isolated from Dongming, Shandong Province, was the closest, and the similarity was 98%. The virus was classified as genotype I. Conclusion the yellow virus of Culex pipiens pallens was detected in Yantai Port.
