我国农产品农药残留现状及农药联合毒性研究进展

【摘要】:农药是现代农业不可缺少的生产资料。人在一生中直接或间接接触多种农药,对人体健康造成严重危害。作者综述了现阶段我国农产品中各类农药残留的现状,阐述了多种农药联合暴露对人体健康可能产生的不良影响,包括遗传毒性、生殖和发育毒性、神经毒性、致癌作用以及对生物酶、免疫系统的影响,提出了在农药联合毒性方面应开展的研究工作,旨在为我国农产品中农药残留风险的评价以及农产品中农药残留限量标准的制定提供理论支持,保障食品的安全。
[Abstract]:Pesticide is an indispensable means of production in modern agriculture. People are exposed directly or indirectly to many kinds of pesticides in their lifetime, which cause serious harm to human health. The present situation of pesticide residues in agricultural products in China is reviewed, and the possible adverse effects of combined exposure to many pesticides on human health, including genotoxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, neurotoxicity, are reviewed. Carcinogenic effects and effects on biological enzymes and immune systems, and proposed the research work to be carried out in the joint toxicity of pesticides, The aim of this paper is to provide theoretical support for the assessment of pesticide residue risk in agricultural products and the formulation of pesticide residue limit standard in agricultural products, and to ensure the safety of food.
