新媒体视角下提升青少年健康素养和健康生活方式的研究

【摘要】：21世纪,健康传播的内容和目的发生了质的转变,从单纯传播医学相关知识向促进行为健康转变,对健康传播方式提出了新的挑战。随着网络媒体、手机媒体等网络新媒体的出现,则非常切合了这一转变。互联网等新媒体已经在当代青少年人群中深度普及。新媒体作为一种新的重要的健康传播手段,正在改变着他们的生活方式及获取健康信息的行为。健康传播的核心是将健康信息和健康行为经由传播媒介传达,说服人们改变不良生活方式和行为,进而达到延缓或是减少生活方式病的发生率和降低疾病的死亡率。健康素养是指对健康信息的获取能力、交流能力、理解能力等以及对待健康的态度。新媒体以其交流的便捷性和信息内容的丰富性,即将成为越来越多青少年在健康信息获取方面和人际交往方面的重要途径,成为青少年生活中至关重要的组成部分。可见新媒体正以其独特的健康传播方式改变着当今的健康传播环境,并对当今青少年的健康素养和健康生活方式产生了重要的影响。本次研究的主要内容包括：在新媒体环境下,围绕新媒体视角下青少年接受新媒体健康信息、健康素养及健康生活方式之间的关系这一中心问题,从理论与实践两个层面展开研究。本研究主要以行为改变理论作为理论基础,结合中国公民健康素养调查问卷和健康生活方式评价量表,设计本研究的实证问卷。通过问卷对全国青少年接受新媒体传播健康信息及其自身的健康素养和健康生活方式的现状进行调查。利用结构方程模型对调查所获得的数据进行处理与分析,探索青少年接受新媒体健康信息、健康素养和健康生活方式之间的影响关系及关系程度。充分借鉴国内外相关领域的研究成果、成功经验和做法,提出新媒体视角下提升青少年健康素养和改善健康生活方式的干预措施。继而丰富青少年健康教育的理论与实践研究。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the content and purpose of health communication have changed qualitatively, from simply spreading medical knowledge to promoting behavior health, which poses a new challenge to the mode of health communication. With the emergence of network media, mobile media and other network media, it is very suitable for this change. New media, such as the Internet, have become deeply popular among contemporary youth. As a new important means of health communication, new media is changing their lifestyle and their behavior of obtaining health information. The core of health transmission is to convey health information and health behaviors through the media, to persuade people to change their bad lifestyle and behavior, so as to delay or reduce the incidence of lifestyle diseases and reduce the death rate of diseases. Health literacy refers to the ability to acquire, communicate, understand, and treat health information. With the convenience of communication and the richness of information content, new media will become an important way for more and more teenagers to obtain health information and interpersonal communication, and become a vital part of teenagers' life. It can be seen that the new media is changing the current health communication environment with its unique health communication style, and has an important impact on the health literacy and healthy lifestyle of today's young people. The main contents of this study include: in the new media environment, around the new media perspective on the relationship between young people to accept new media health information, health literacy and healthy lifestyle, From the theory and practice two levels of research. Based on the behavioral change theory and the Chinese citizen health literacy questionnaire and the healthy lifestyle evaluation scale, the empirical questionnaire is designed in this study. The present situation of teenagers' health information and their own health literacy and healthy lifestyle were investigated by questionnaire. The structural equation model was used to process and analyze the data obtained from the investigation to explore the influence and degree of adolescents' acceptance of new media health information, health literacy and healthy lifestyle. Based on the domestic and foreign related research achievements, successful experiences and practices, this paper puts forward the intervention measures to improve adolescent health literacy and healthy lifestyle from the perspective of new media. Then enrich the theoretical and practical research of adolescent health education.
