放射卫生防护知信行模式调查分析

【摘要】:目的:1调查我国苏州周边地区电离辐射从业相关单位放射防护知识和安全文化建设的重视程度和基本状况;2衡量知信行模式下放射防护知识宣教和培训的效果;3初步评价苏州周边地区放射防护知识与安全文化建设工作效果,为进一步制订宣教材料、提高我国放射防护水平提供依据和建议。方法:在规范的质量控制条件下,结合知信行理论模式,通过卫生部监督局认可的放射防护安全知识宣教材料进行宣教,并通过环保部认可的放射防护培训中心对部分苏州周边地区辐射相关从业人员及社会公众共960名进行宣教培训,在此基础上进行问卷调查研究。数据分析采用Excel2003和SPSS19.0数据分析软件,分析方法采用t检验和卡方检验。 结果:1公众和患者放射防护安全文化知识的熟悉程度较医务工作人员低,,干预后受调查对象对放射防护知识的了解和掌握程度均有提高(P0.05);2不同年龄、性别的受调查对象在放射防护安全文化熟悉程度方面,调查数据显示受调查对象之间未有明显差异;3单位性质、职业、工龄、放射工龄、文化程度等因素对电离辐射相关行业从业人员放射防护安全文化知识的熟悉程度均有影响;4针对基线调查设立的8个方面的基本放射防护和安全文化知识,宣教和培训等干预手段起到了比较好的效果。5高达95%的受调查对象认为在自身放射防护工作中有改进的方面,是宣教和培训等干预方式取得良好效果的体现。 结论:1四类不同群体(公众、患者、医务工作人员、其他电离辐射从业人员)的放射防护安全文化知识在知信行干预模式宣教和培训过后,熟悉程度均有提高;2电离辐射从业单位放射防护安全文化建设的好坏直接与单位领导层、决策层和执行者的重视程度相关;3以海报、宣传册为材料进行的宣教和授课方式的培训均能起到比较好的放射防护知识宣教效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1 to investigate the importance and basic status of radiation protection knowledge and safety culture construction in the relevant units of ionizing radiation industry in Suzhou, China, and to evaluate the effect of radiation protection knowledge education and training under the mode of knowledge, belief and practice. (3) to evaluate the effect of the construction of radiation protection knowledge and safety culture in the surrounding areas of Suzhou, to provide the basis and suggestions for the further formulation of propaganda materials and the improvement of the level of radiation protection in China. Methods: under the standard quality control condition, combined with the theory model of knowledge, faith and practice, the propaganda and education of radiation protection safety knowledge were carried out through the materials approved by the Ministry of Health Supervision Bureau. Through the radiation protection training center approved by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, 960 radiation related workers and the public were trained in some areas around Suzhou, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on this basis. Excel2003 and SPSS19.0 software are used to analyze the data, and t test and chi-square test are used to analyze the data. Results: 1the familiarity of the public and the patients with the knowledge of radiation protection safety was lower than that of the medical staff, and the understanding and mastery of the knowledge of radiation protection were improved after the intervention (P0.05); (2) the subjects of different ages and sexes were familiar with the safety culture of radiation protection, and the survey data showed that there was no significant difference between the subjects; (3) factors such as unit nature, occupation, length of service, age of radiation service, educational level, etc., had an effect on the familiarity of workers' knowledge of safety of radiation protection in ionizing radiation related industries. (4) basic knowledge of radiation protection and safety culture in respect of the 8 aspects established by the baseline survey, 5 up to 95% of the respondents thought that there were some improvements in their own radiation protection work, which was the embodiment of good results achieved by the intervention methods such as propaganda and training. Conclusion: (1) the knowledge of radiation protection safety culture of four different groups (public, patient, medical staff, other ionizing radiation practitioners) has been improved after the education and training of knowledge, belief and intervention mode. (2) the quality of the construction of radiation protection safety culture in ionizing radiation industry is directly related to the attention paid by the leaders, decision makers and executors of the units; (3) the propaganda and teaching methods of posters and brochures can have a good effect on the propaganda of radiation protection knowledge.
